  1. What do you use to polish your exhaust Tim. I need to get some axle stands to clean my arches. Im going to take off my undertray this week also if i get the time and fit my one I got from atorqen. I have loads of car parts but I want to fit them myself rather than a garage.
  2. Ive got my black door mirrors and black handles to fit, and painting my engine bay plastics mate. I had some paint mixed in A17 paint good rather than just orange paint.
  3. I was hoping for another 5/6 hours of modding today but weather has been rubbish.
  4. I recently brought a JWT pop charger from Tarmac sports so I thought I would do a step by step with pictures. Tools I used- Small drill Small drill bit Flat head screwdriver Phillips screwdriver 10mm socket Adjustable spanner First of all I disconnected the negative on my battery before starting. 1)Remove your airfilter from airbox. 2)Disconnect the clip that is connecting the MAF wire onto the top of your airbox (mine snapped be careful). 3)Disconnect MAF wire and tuck out of the way. I pressed down on the MAF wire clip with a small amount of pressure & got my small flat head and used it as leverage between air intake and the bottom of the clip as it was very tight. Be careful as MAF wires are very delicate. 4) Remove the bolt that is holding the air box in place, it is just underneath the strut brace. 5)Now undo the bolt/clip that is holding the MAF tube in place, only loosen until the clip moves freely. 6)Remove clip from air vent. 7)Now the whole air box should be free. Pull up gently and check if no wires or trim are caught. If not pull firmly up and towards you and it will slide right up. 8)Now remove the MAF housing tube from old air box and transfer to the JWT filter. 9)Attach rubber trim to the heat shield 10)Now line up your heat shield in correct place, make sure the air vent (step 6) is pushed in, it should now overlap the screw holes on the heat shield. I just used a small screw to mark the vent where to drill both holes. Now remove vent, drill 2 pilot holes and place back in position. 11) Now attach bracket to underside of heat shield against metal frame underneath with 2 bolts. There is not much room to work to secure the bracket so i used a 10mm socket extension + adjustable spanner to tighten. 12) Attach new filter, re-connect MAF sensor and retighten clip and bolt to intake tube 13)Attach bracket with bolt(same hole as step 4) and clip onto MAF wire. 14) All finished, time to re-connect battery. Hope this helps guys
