I find my HR has a much more usable torque range than my friends DE which suits my lazy driving style, and though the DE has a higher peak torque output, it only has it briefly in a sweet st of the rev range as apposed to the more linear curve of the HR. Both are still great motors and if your planning on modding, you will need to save a few extra pennies for the HR as parts seem to be abit more, especially FI. Have fun either way!

Tell me about it, my local council (blaby) put a load of them speed pillow things near me and my cars not lowered (yet) and my exhaust got bashed by a high one, it's seperated the back box from the rest of the system! But it's the excuse iv needed to get my cobra system this weekend!
