Yeah same with mine. Lift it about half way and then you can feel the dampers take over. Mine does take a while to get fully open.

I wouldn't think it would be a problem getting a member to go and have a look before getting inspection done. Also if you go yourself you may have rose tinted glasses on and miss some maybe obvious flaws. It's a difficult one. I live same sort of distance from Scotland so there is no way I would travel up there without someone saying it was worth the trip. Are any of them on the forum? Someone may have owned it before

Been the last 2 years. Not sure I'm going this year as it's getting very busy. But it really is a good day out for a petrol head. What I would recommend is getting grand stand passes if you can afford it. We tried getting them on the day but it had sold. Especially if your going on Saturday and Sunday. It would be worth having them on the Sunday so you can chill out a bit more. Revival for me next year I think

I think there are othe companies that do this other than AA or RAC. Pre purchase inspections, I'm sure there might be a better option out there. Will probably cost you tho, but then it would cost if you had to do the 500 mile trip

Sorry to bump one of my old threads. Just wondering what you guys think I should add next. BGW is not happening but I do like the 380rs from tarmac sportz. But apart from that I'm a bit unsure on what to do. Don't want to go too mad as I like the simple look. Thinking of removing rear wiper next but not sure I want a black grommet and from what I have searched a silver one is non existent. Any ideas are welcome

Haha. If you sell it on the forum either get the clutch replaced or be prepared to be knocked down the cost of clutch and labour and probably have a long wait selling it. Replace the clutch and it will probably sell a lot faster

Is it supposed to begin this early on though? You can contract Zeditus merely by touching a Zed, ...I have heard stories of people contracting it purely by seeing a Zed in person but I think those cases are few & far between. Actually owning a Zed basically condemns you to the condition ~ how badly you get affected varies though from person to person. I'm actually a stage 10 sufferer now meaning my Zeditus has spread but you seem to be suffering the early onset so don't lose hope just yet. No know cure though. You could try a BMW or similar RWD but some have found this to negatively affect their well being as well as their distance perspective. I didn't even touch a zed when I caught my dose of zeditus. I heard one launch at a pistonheads meet. Sold my megane sport 3 weeks later to by my zed! It's a nasty disease!
