Thing is, stuff like rad caps or rocker caps are what they are and dont need to cost a fortune and still be shiny shiny or annodised. Same as an oil catch tank with them for 20 buck. does the same thing as 100 catch tank so why not. Then there are structural stuff like braces, drop like etc. These Id be a bit wierie of. Just my 2p's worth.

Problem is they are all rota or drift style wheels which I know are popular but I don't like. Which then only leaves guys like rimstyle, wheelbase, topgear and the like who can offer what I like but the offsets are compromised. I don't think I've got no other option. I won't have to pay for spacers as I could make my own in our machine shop so There's no cost there. Time to shop around me thinks. Thanks guys.

of course mine has brembos. Im not too bothered about spacers as loads do put em on dont they. Yes a bit skinny but tyres are cheaper in the long run. So basically, will fit but spacers required to push em out. so anyone take a guess as to how thick the spacers would be, or wait till I get them, offer them up and measure?? thanks

Hi Im about to buy these, but need advice before I do the transaction. Are the fitments i.e. the ET offsets ok?? Will I need Spacers?? If so what thickness on front and what on rear?? Also what size tyres would I need to buy to fill the arches without the need to drop the right height. Just want sound advice. I appriciate they are not everyones cup of tea.But are going to suit my grand scheme of things. Lastly, can someone cut and paste them onto a gunmetal Zed for me to look at. put 5 different locking nuts on everey wheel. I know I would say "ahh fAf if, can be ars3d", if I was a dodgy character of course ;-) Look faf though no doubt.

check the bushes and if your replacing them, get the polyurathane type like polybushes etc. Much better than rubber. Also get your front wheel up in the air with a jack and push the top of the wheel in and out of the arch to see if there is play. Might be the wheel bearing?? but sounds like a knock from a worn banana arm bush like rock steady said

Exactly. I cannot understand either how i can be scammed as paypal offer a guarantee to all its users. Bytheway the capital f was intentional. I cant swear on here. Lol. Anyway had some genuine contacts so theres light. Its just not gumtree ive had it on piston heads and autotrader so theres no escape other than being abit savvy when selling.

Whats wrong with bl006y people these days. Just put my MGZS 180 16v on gumtree and already nearly fell for a scammer. He was interested in the car, willing to pay the full amount without seeing it as he worked on a ship, would have sent an "agent" around to collect the car. all he wanted was my paypal address. - Ok I thought, No problem. Then......Low and behold I get another interested party. But he worked on an oil rig. Same story, so I asked him to do a bank transfer. He said he did not have a bank account (working on an oil rig??) ye right. Insisted on paypal. Once I told him i did not have a paypal account, he kindly sent me instruction as to how to open one. What a nice chap. I said no. He can pay his agent and the agent can pay me in cash on collection. Reaction - FU Time waster. WTF???? And so on. Four more people with similar stories. What is wrong with people in this day and age. There are only a few of us hard working, honest people left in the world I tell you. Pissssed oof isnt strong enough about how I feel right now. Zeb ps. sorry for the rant. Anyone else been in a similar situation. I was lucky enough to have seen through this, others Im sure would not be so lucky.

Gonna start building my rear speaker enclosure build in due course and was wondering is there a guide on here for the removal of all the panels behind the seats for the roadster to access the space behind the glove n cubby holes and the bose bass speaker panel. Tried a search but couldnt find anything. Once up n running I plan on documenting everything for others to copy if they like what I end up with. cheers. Zeb

ripped my crappy std bose system out and replaced with a nice double din dvd combo thing. This, for the life of me, after going through 4 different ariels, cannot pick up a radio signal. Did the Bose have an internal signal amplifier or even an inline one?? Has others gone through the same problem? Am I missing something simple here?? cheers Zeb

ok great. That puts my mind at ease because Im gonna be spending close to a grand with them for what I have planned. Im not worried about a bit of cutting filling and sanding with fibreglass as Ive got years of experience working with body kits and kit cars.
