  1. SGS - who stocks them and at what cost? Mines had a go at me a few times and with the Nismo spoiler, its certainly not light.
  2. Surely she was only ever average at best. Bit of a walrus these days
  3. Nice back catalogue! Focus RS would be my choice thought I've often looked for a Blobeye, just could never find the right one.
  4. I don't think its right to say that it's ok to buy from them as long as you are ok with no aftersales back up. The reason people tend to buy from dealers - and pay inflated prices is due to purchasing peace of mind that if it should go wrong, you will be provided with a service that assists you putting it right. What other reason is there to pay the extra and then not expect something in return. It would be like buying an insurance policy that you could never make a claim on. J17 advertise a lot of Zeds, all of which are far more expensive than at most other places (or were earlier this year when I was looking to buy) and if you get nothing extra for the increase in price, why go there?
  5. Agreed. Having a 2 year old has got me interested in Christmas again so I wish everyone all the best for the festive season

    Exhaust wanted

Rich, if Mitch doesn't take it I may be interested as I'd like a bit more noise on mine. Assuming it fits an HR?

That car came to the last Ace Café meet. Very nice
  8. This deal seemed to disappear recently but is now back on. Check Eurocarparts for Brembo Pads (around £30 a set) and discs (around £68 each) on their website. Thought I'd share this as it seems like a good price - especially the discs. Just make sure you buy the right ones as their site isn't entirely clear.
  9. Bugger, missed by half hour. Let me know if Russyb doesn't take it
  10. Make sure the working fob is no where near the car when you're doing it as that can confuse things Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  11. So has that ever worked? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  12. The small one is the valet key so I believe won't get passed the immobilized. The picture doesn't show it but does the larger square fob have the key still in place? From the pic it looks like just the fob Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

    HELP

How deep are we talking and what speed were you doing when it died? Intakes are surely far too high for these horror stories? Could just have a splash of water on something electrical which may dry out???
  14. I'm the same, two big ugly square keys and the valet key Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  15. I have just been using the key that doesn't work - popped a battery in it and went through the procedure. Am I supposed to be doing it with the good key to re-register it and then add the duff key? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  16. Done, although there is some stiff competition - that manky old Fiesta at a petrol pump....
  17. No mate, I'm struggling with it myself I'm afraid Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  18. Any idea of price for the Fujitsubo?
  19. I want to add a little noise to mine but on a budget. Is the fujitsubo for an HR?
  20. I've been told these procedures don't work for HRs
  21. Think you can get covers for the filter can't you?
  22. Main dealer is the easy option. You can try to get a key from ebay and then have the hassle of immobilisers and trying to get the fob registered to the car etc but it wont always work and can be a real pain. Dealer option wont be cheap though
  23. My mate had a turbo MR2 with lots done to it. The Zed feels tame in comparison.
  24. What you adding in its place Josh? I would like to do something with my exhaust as all I have are HFC's but I'm really trying hard not to sink money into the car. Am thinking of cutting out the centre silencer but have no idea what noise that would give or whether back pressure/performance would be affected?
