+1 managed to source mine for circa £450-500 and thought that was a bargain. 300 all in is unheard of!
It was a unplanned mod to get the headlights but when i seen them for that cheap i got them because the likely hood of me finding two again will be very slim specially for that price .
Thanks man yeah guna look sweet when there fitted.
I priced the bonnet up last week 306 pounds which was next on the list but these lights popped up for 300 odd pounds and i had to have them
This is very true i don't disagree with you at all to be fair.
Im just saying i bought my zed with in effect ditch finders i mean id be suprised if the tyres were 40 odd pounds each. But the car was well maintained with full history and a 2 owner car so i put it down to him moting it for the sale and banged cheapy tyres on it.
I had no problem at all with them when they were on there for general commuting ect with traction control on .
This doesn't mean id recommend fitting them at all and when they needed replacing they were (the rears so far) by a premium brand and so will the fronts when they need to be changed.
Im looking at a 335i and a 330i today . Very capable cars, il upload some pics and a review if we buy one of them.
if u still love the zed keep it cos ul only regret selling it as ive done this with two or 3 cars in the past.
Ive got no doubt in my mind that buying premium tyres over budgets are way better but and its a big butt.
i dont see reason to put people off lower brand tyres which within reason arnt every going to get used to there limits specially if its just on a simple commute.
I drive mine daily and as ive said ive replaced my rears with pilots already.
Im just saying some people can only buy what there budget will allow and unless your going to be screaming ur car everywhere then i had no problem with the budgets that were on it for the time they lasted.
no learning needed here and i dont think ur being harsh at all.
There's no right or wrongs here all opinion.
This isnt the case. When on a road going car can u really push the car. I bought mine with budgets on it which i assume the seller put onit to sell. The fronts are still on and ive since replaced the rears with pilot sports. My bmw always had pirellis on it and was very tail happy.
9 times out of 10 my 4 yr old is in my car with me and ive got no problem with the old or new tyres that were fitted to the carand if ur within the speed limits ive never had any problems.
I think in some cases its not the tyres its the drivers needing to learn how to drive the car properly.
Yeah i rushed the drivers side as i had to get somewhere. I have no doubt it was my fault and i most probably over tightened that side or it come out the groove in the cover.
Just need some recommendations of where to take it to have it sorted as i havent got the time really
Recently replaced both rocker covers as they were leaking at the spark plug seals and to me looks like its spraying out of the drivers side rocker cover/gasket now at the front of the engine.
possibly another leak elsewhere too .
Just want to take it to a garage and get it all sorted as i dont have the time these days and i want it done before it goes pop.
Can anyone recommend me a garage who knows there way around a 350z?
I live near bath but i dont mind travelling to a decent garage and leaving it there.
