All fair points if the 370z is similar to the 350z. I was shocked when I first drove a Z. Heavy steering compared to a cayman and tbh more of a mini muscle car feel than a coupe IMO. I loved it after a few hours, but I was shocked initially. Not the car I expected. I personally would never choose a Z as a track car, but they're great road cars.

Paint is one area where the Germans usually win Seen a mineral grey m4 today. Stunning colour, so much nicer than in pics I've seen. I agree about the cost of the EDC. It seems to be a popular option on m sports due to the hard standard ride. Especially with the awful run flats.

E90 M3's are available for silly money now. Well worth considering. Epic sound!

Check the alloys. They are prone to cracking and the run flats make it worse. If you can find one with the DCT gearbox it is well worth having, it's as good as the PDK. They are rare as the DCT was a expensive option and a basic auto was also available. They feel quicker than m3's to most people on the road, due to the torque and the fact that the m3 v8 needs to be driven hard, due to its lack of torque. It's also worth getting the OBD port moved or secured as they are really easy to steal. Tends to be M3's that the scum bags target though. Overall great cars.

Love the 458. Interior is even more jaw dropping than the exterior. Truly, great cars. I'd kill for one.

F type is the only jag that I wouldn't be embarrassed to drive. V8 sounds unreal.

Have you not enquired elsewhere yet? Or do you mean a different car altogether? Nope I hadn't looked anywhere else was just waiting for them to sort it out. Looked at my finances and managed to convince the wife to let me have a BMW M4 even though it was a little out of my original budget but as I was building it online I got a call from the Nissan dealer telling me that everything is sorted and should be able to collect my new 2015 370Z in around two weeks . I even told them I was on the BMW website shopping for an alternative and they asked me not to do that . As much as I like the nismo, it isn't anywhere near a M4. Not even close. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds and the full extended leather looks and feels amazing. God I wish I could afford one.

I wouldn't pay without a receipt for every part they claim to have replaced. Sound like a bunch of rip off merchants.

Big bills once a v10 m5 gets some miles on it. A friend had one and a trip to the garage never cost less than £1000.

They really are great cars for the money. It'll be worth the wait.

The day people start doing this I will sell my car. This is the reason I don't normally have older cars. The "Jeremy Kyle" brigade ruin them.

Might be a better idea to see if you can get 4 or 5 others interested to bring the shipping cost down? Although the v3 is a bit marmite. It ain't subtle that's for sure.

I think the 370 would be really nice if the front lights were a similar shape to the 350's but sleeker. When it was released I really didn't like the front end. It's has grown on me and I do like the Nismos, I'm just not keen on the head light shape. Early 370's are good value at the moment and nismo bumpers aren't that expensive.

I see loads of infinity g35's when I'm in the US, but not many Z's.
