  1. Ahh I see. Mine on the other hand looks like this; Im assuming I need to get an alu piece like yours that actually lines up the bolt hole on both the filter and the MAF housing?
  2. The filter bolts directly to the aluminium block no bother, but then the aluminium block doesn't fit in anywhere?
  3. Hi all, I recently purchased a "universal fitting" apexi cone filter c/w adaptors etc. I had a go at fitting last night, and ran into some problems. Essentially, the metal adaptor that comes with the cone head itself doesnt match the fitting to the existing intake; Stripped the original OEM filter and box out Heres where the problem starts. The filter comes with this metal piece that bolts directly onto the cone. However, its slightly too wide to fit into the platic intake that houses the sensor, and is too short to fit directly into the rubber end of the intake pipe; Theres a fairly high chance I am being an absolute idiot here, but any and all advice and help would be appreciated. Cheers, Kev
  4. I had my Seat Leon FR (2.0 ltr diesel) remapped by Powertune Scotland. Took her from 150BHP to 204BHP and was never any less than 45MPG! It was essentiallyu a performance map, but resulted in better economy as well.

  7. Great service and very quick delivery, thanks!
  8. E46 330D. Had one previous to the 350z, fantastic car and all the torque you will ever need. Standard comes at 204BHP, but with a basic remap, 250 is achievable, and still get 40-45mpg.
  9. Hi, I'll take this if its still available? Cheers, Kevin
  10. Did mine this weekend too. Stilla Z newbie, this forum has given me far too many ideas already!
  11. Almost in exactly the same condition as my own unfortunately! Think I will have to get them dipped. Cheers tho!
  12. I would be interested in the driver side door card, all depends on what condition it is in (currently mine is a bit scratched and worn). I assume it will fit pre-facelift models? Cheers, Kev
  13. Picked up some stuff over the weekend and spent some time in the sunshine detailing. Started with power wash and shampoo wash with G3. G3 clay mitt used with a strong dilution of shampoo (glass first as previously suggested, then bodywork). Finished off with the G3 turbo detailer, spray-on and buff, gives a great finish. Impressed with the mitt, was a bit sceptical at first, but results are well worth the £12 it costs! Photos below;
  14. H all, Just occurred to me that I have been posting on here for a few weeks and still haven't introduced myself! I recently purchased a 2003 350z and I'm based up in Glasgow. Absolutely loving the car so far, and had so many tips and ideas from the forums already (interior dips/bluetooth upgrades/best and recommended clay options...the list goes on!) Looking forward to making some minor improvements to an already fantastic car, just in time for a sunny Scottish summer. Finger xsd! Cheers, Kev
  15. For a few seconds there I thought you meant the glove box . Its a Stanley Fatmax mobile workstation. If you want to see one in all its glory I'd suggest looking at this thread... http://www.detailing...ad.php?t=207474 I've got a spare door pull for sale if you want to try a few things out and not mess with your own one. How much are you looking for the spare door pull, and what kind of condition is it in now? Cheers, Kev
  16. Hi All, Looking for a Bury bluetooth adaptor for my 2003 350z. They seem to be pretty tough to come across! Cheers, Kev
  17. Thanks all, bidding on Ebay for one now as suggested. Cheers!
  18. Hi all, I have recently purchased my first 350z! Absolutely love the car, always wanted one and fortunate enough that I am now in a position to own one! Car is a UK GT, but has the old phone connection system in the centre console (see picture). Just looking for some advice on what the simplest options are for upgrading to a bluetooth connection for phone and possibly audio also? Cheers, Kevin
