I'm very impressed with the gear change now, very small movement to change but not sure on the knob I've ordered a Raceseng anodised red fat one (to match my wheels)closer to the shape of the original as I do like a fatter knob I will get a picture up when it arrives Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Next was the B&M short shifter from Torqens offer page, I've always fancied one and at the offer price I went for it Quite easy to install but then I do have a pit, as the linkage pin is right up in the transmission tunnel A small bit of filing is required for the reverse position but other than that it's an easy mod I've re tapped the Mishimoto knob since the above picture so it screws further down to the gaiter Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Just an update on a couple more mods I've carried out. With my car being a 2009 model I've been concerned with the oil gallery problem especially with now being supercharged so purchased a glowshift oil pressure gauge from Torqen to warn me of any impending self destruction of my engine due to low oil pressure I didn't want the gauge in a pod on the dash so decided to fit it in the door vent, a bit worrying chopping all the expensive plastic bits and a pain getting the loom through the existing wiring run but well worth the effort I think Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Looks spot on, loving those wheels, Regarding those little guards at the front, I've left mine on as it gives me an idea that I'm getting close to catching the front lip but it's only scraping those...if you know what I mean

I can't remember the cost new but I paid £70.00 a pair for mine second hand so yes an absolute bargain

Excellent job so far, looking forward to seeing the finished result The huge amount of money iv'e spent on my build i just couldn't have been able to bring myself to pay that for the DRL's, how the hell can Nissan justify that price!!

I've been fitting an oil pressure gauge and needed to access the small fuse box by the accelerator pedal and whilst under the dash I spotted the steering module. To my horror after reading this thread and checking with Adrian at Torqen it is the old type and has not had the recall I called in to my local Nissan dealer explaining that a recall has not been carried out to my car expecting a negative result but after taking my registration number they agreed there is a recall to the steering module and is now booked in for the updated part next Monday Result!!
