Hey guys, have an 04 350z. It is making a grinding/scraping noise from rear left wheel area when turning right. It's not a knocking noise or similar to when the banana arms went. It's not a squealing noise like a bearing. Not noticed any difference in handling, suspension feels ok. Just put it up on a ramp and everything looks tight and ok. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas? it's definitely a grinding/scraping noise from the rear when turning right only......did have new tyres fitted recently, but can't see anything unusual.

Quick update, have watched the film now.....took me several nights to get through it, it is truly cheesy and awful. Most disappointing film of the year. Although I am really envious of their DIY store that stocks rainbow coloured selections of masking tape & cable ties....don't get that in our Homebase

Ferrets will eat anything. Mate of mine has no end of them and when we used to go shooting rabbits for local farmers, he`d chuck one in their pen and there was very little left of it by the time they were finished. this isn't what happens to all married couples, is it? No....don't worry the missus usually takes over all household chores, pretty much all daily stuff, let's the bloke do the occasional easy DIY job to keep their self esteem up, pays all the bills out of her wages thus letting you spend your own money on the things you want and never complains about any of it lol

Because if i dont do it then noone will. My house used to be like a show house and thats how I like to keep it. I spent a small fortune renovating it with all brand new stuff and so in theory as long as its cleaned it should stay like that. Ive tried ignoring the cleaning several times and it never gets done, or if i only wash up my stuff then the washing up bowl ends up overflowing with the other persons dishes etc - or even worse they just leave them lying around the house until it gets to the stage where I cant take it any more and end up collecting everything from each room and washing everything up. Even things like rubbish gets left on worktops when the bin is less than 3 feet away! Ive worked out 3 or 4 times a week since I was 14 and this last couple of years has been the first time when ive just not had any spare time to workout. I find working out really helps destress and unwind me and its annoying watching your body change due to not working out. Ive gone from people commenting on how good I look to looking like ive never ever set foot inside a gym and being ashamed to take my top off. Pride and childen. Also the hope that things will change at some point. EDIT: Anyway on a brighter note its nearly summer! Oh Rabbitstew, that is so not good You have to have some 'me' time otherwise you end up all bitter and twisted about life!

Yes, the 370 is quicker but the difference does seem to be minimal and maybe a skilled driver in a 350 can reduced that further (not referring to myself as a skilled driver before you all jump on that lol)....just thinking maybe the 370 isn't the stepping stone to my GT-R. No its definitely not worth 2x the time price of a 50 if your just looking at performance. Totally agree. You taking the final track time slot at Japfest then?! haha...have you still got one left then? Hubby is doing an Ariel Atom track day this month, so maybe it could be my turn to take the zed to JPfest It's the whole having to take 2 cars (for the kids) putting me off But then it is my birthday next week....maybe be you can all club together & get me it for my b'day lol

Pretty similar looking Well guys, you've just help me make my mind up! Hubby wanted to upgrade the 350 to a 370, but looking at that photo of them side by side.....I have to agree with PPod, the 350 does look much sexier and it sounds like a 370 wouldn't be an improvement in performance either! - 2 wk holiday in Dubai.....my body is in desperate need of a tan - Driving to France in the summer, overnight stop off in Paris (bit nervous about that part of the drive) then down to a cottage (with pool) in La Rochelle - more daylight, hate running in the dark - winning the netball league (well, we won the first game so have high hopes) - my boss retiring.... My 5 yr old is crazy about cars (& bikes). Always shouts out when he sees another Scooby or Zed (or police, bless him) lol He knows most cars already, in fact I was with him the other day when he ran up to a modded Honda Civic and started talking to the guy who owned it. Turned out he recognised me from my cars, so now we do a little thumbs up every time we pass each other in Reading It's great when your kids love the same things as you I have high hopes for him. Most of all because he said he's going to buy a Real motorbike and let me ride it until he's passed his test....nice one!

Sorry to hear your news Louise Are you putting this through on your insurance or the other party's insurance? If the claim is going through the other person's insurance then you are perfectly within your right to ask for a bodyshop repairer of your choice at no additional cost to yourself. They should be paying for your courtesy car (similar spec to your car) as well. Edit: and don't forget, you don't have to sign the repair off until you are happy with it!

I didn't realise the guy playing the lead is the Irish actor who played the psycho killer in The Fall with Gillian Anderson....he looked completely different! I have found a copy on the internet which I may watch, don't think I'll bother bunking off work to see it at the cinema (like I did with the Twilight films lol)
