  1. Oh FFS....just had a msg saying it's had to be postponed because the host has been called away at short notice How p'd off am I....grrrrr!!! Might be November group meet instead, oh poo!
  2. I actually think the kit looks pretty cool....would be a bugger to drive over speed bumps though. I only just get up my drive as it is...so a few mm lower would be a big problem, unless I move!
  3. Hey, you've same one as me....cool
  4. I have no problem getting in and out of the beige volvo ........... i have to use a step ladder though Beige Volvo???? Damn, I had you pegged for my next sugar daddy lol Seriously, have a lovely day and hope you get spoilt loads....karting sounds fun
  5. Just spoke to my mum, she's in her 50's also.....she recommends cod liver oil to help those joints Just a bit worried about you having to get in and out of that low car now lol
  6. Didn't think of that.....if you find out let me know, as I'm completely in agreement with you. Really was good quality product, just put off by the guy starting at such a ridiculous price just so he could do his sales pitch!
  7. Doing my daughters room at the moment. Was looking at fitted wardrobe down one wall (to maximise use around chimney), they do some great sliding doors in Sharp's. She wanted a VW camper van scene on the doors. Great quality. Only the sales guy was the usual watchdog dodgy dealer.....price started at £14k, then dropped to £10k, then £6k, then £4k with all his discounts. Finally he said if we put the deposit down then & there we could have a special bonus discount for £3.5k. Hate all the sales stuff so walked away! If you get through the bull**** they do nice sliding doors though.
  8. Sadly, funds don't stretch to a Lambo. Just a lookin'......
  9. £30 sounds like a good price. The kit is really easy to use, just wipe on/wipe off.....not had to use the drill & sponge yet but I guess it depends how bad your lights are in the first place. Edit: would be interested to see how long a professional job lasts compared to a DIY kit.....
  10. Not sure how much you paid but I use the meguiars headlight restoration kit....get fantastic results every time
  11. My son plays for Reading Rhino's (U6's) over at Holme Park and they've drawn Japan as their team to support in the World Cup, I'll be supporting them also if England bail early!
  12. If I was to drive the OP's white one through Reading, I'd park up to find a bunch of kids sat on the rear end (probably eating McD's) .........
  13. Can't beat a bit of "girl on girl" action. You should see some of the 'girls' though, more like American football players....hence me taking up the weights, we've had far too many injuries this season!
  14. Can I add, feeling good myself....tough match tonight. 1st Q was down 6-3, but by the end we won 18-8 what a comeback, so proud of team! #netballforthosewhodon'tknow
  15. I can always say you're my chauffeur lol
  16. Blimey, 32 in a 30.....that's tough!
  17. I'm afraid I'm still photobucket upload dyslexic on this forum but will do my best! Just wondering if they'd notice if I swapped one for my zed
  18. It's my driving group, we meet 3rd Wednesday/month....funnily enough, for a drive. But sometimes we get to do something cool....not sure who swung this one, but yippee Not sure it's open to everyone though, sorry
  19. Ooh, just had an invitation to go play in the Lambo's next Wednesday at their garage in Pangboune......that's cheered me up
  20. Have you heard back from them? I was caught doing 72mph in a 60mph in a variable speed limit part of the M25 and I was offered a speed awareness course. (I don't have any idea why it was 60mph!- It was 10pm with no other cars on the road or any roadworks) Probably dropped it to 60 so they could nick you!
