    Not really, had someone tell me do like 30 miles, drain oil, do 250, drain again then 500 then swap out mineral to 10/40, but builder said just use 10/40 and run it for a while as in not under load just running, then swap it out, do 1000 mile under 3k, then swap it out again lol

    I would have thought with that much oil use it would have been like the Red Arrows on display .... Ask the Wales lot lol, half of them went home early with carbon poisoning from my car being near the front lol!

    Standard, and mine was the valve seals, only smoked on start up a bit and when i put my toe down, more smell than smoke thought tbh. i done a 1400 mile trip and used 4l of oil lol. thats how bad i let it get!

    Uh ohh... See my threads lol. Mine started like this, the decats just showed what the cats where hiding! i started with the PCV valve, did nothing, 2k miles later its being fully rebuilt..

    Depends on the stock bhp. You might have a healthy engine and gain 20bhp taking you to 295+ or you might have a shitter that gains 20bhp but only takes you to 255 lol
