  1. Nice one pal, great that you have it a go in the cold showers. I have to little ones so getting up and ready early doors helps juggle the circus!! I felt that the cold showers help knock out any aches and pain I have when waking up also and make me less hungry throughout the morning - which after Xmas was worth it alone. The benefits to immune of course can't been seen or felt at a glance. My routine is 3 mins countdown, first minute to rinse off and acclimatise, sud up for another minute or so then the last minute rinse of saying the Lord's prayer and for me I'm almost embassed to say that I can drift off when praying into other thoughts. Yet when said in the cold shower, because the cold is all consuming each and every word is the sole focus of my mind which I really like. How long do you manage with the breathing?
  2. Those look like Rota Grids
  3. Circle of life 👍
  4. Tar fella, they charge per panel
  5. Results from today's wash
  6. That looks proper nice, sounds fruity also
  7. Yeah no doubt various breathing techniques have been around since day one. Difference is WH has showed the benefits with the science along with 26 world records for extreme cold and mental endurance. https://medium.com/microbial-instincts/decoding-the-icemans-immune-system-cec2f699dbd The present study demonstrates that…immune system can indeed be voluntarily influenced. Healthy volunteers practicing the learned techniques exhibited profound increases in the release of epinephrine, which in turn led to increased production of anti-inflammatory mediators and subsequent dampening of the proinflammatory cytokine response elicited by intravenous administration of bacterial endotoxin. What better time in history to scientifically be able to boost ones immune system naturally 👌
  8. Nice move on the custom exhaust, which tips did the system come with?
  9. With taking so much off, you'll be wanting to go straight for a wheel alignment before leaning on ol' girl. Yeah these have a resonated centre section and a large rear silencer. Visually a replica of the Nismo system. Couple with OE cats, sometimes you'd get a bit of rasp around 5k but zero drone on the motorway.
  10. Ahhhhh bet you can't wait to get this out on the road, will feel tighter than your true love. Lovely upload Re a replacement exhaust, I've had this toyosport system and on a budget it's very good.
  11. Z34 service schedule is 9k or 12 months, which ever occurs sooner.
  12. Sorry to hear this, does sound really bad and must have been getting worst and worst. If the noise goes away under braking, I would say yes the banana arm/s have worn, either rubber bush side on the body or ball joint at the hub end.
  13. Ello n welkom I knew this car and the previous owner
  14. Ello n welkom Looks nice, stick around
  15. Subscribed fella Can't get enough product reviews and detailing goodness, plus RHD Z bonus - keep em coming
  16. Glad you getting it sorted and never feel embarrassed to ask about the condition of brakes and tyres (pictures if need be) as for these cars it's a big cost to put right. Suspension compression arms on the front are common for wearing and don't often show up on an MOT, yet can be noisy over bumpy ground. Which set of tyres did you go for, as Formula 1 garages do some good deals on sets of rubber.
  17. Great intro post, welcome properly. List looks good and I wouldn't worry re the timing chain. Stick around
  18. Hold fast youngen
  19. Yes I have an addiction From the last CarChem haul I actually didn't get an interior cleaner or wax it wet, so what's a boy to do. https://www.autofinesse.com/en
  20. Looks AMAZING!!
  21. Elli n welkom She looks beautiful
  22. No worries, you'll find the mention of 20/25mm relates to hub spacers not lowering springs
  23. Cheers pal, these are Apex springs and the spats are Nismo replicas. Springs sit perfect when coupled with 19's possibly a bit too low with 18's
  24. This worked on my 350z, as it's the same era car
  25. Perfect, can't tell it was ever there. I had one half way along the door on the crease and another ding just above.
