  1. Cheers @MicktZZZ thanks for the kind words, she is rather lovely. Congrats on the recent purchase and very well done on the group buy for the replacement w brace. Any questions always ask, it's a great club ๐Ÿ‘
  2. Tour of the Peaks today in the Z, absolutely fantastic weather heading out. 6:45am start being followed by the sunrise heading up North to do a clockwise loop.
  3. Always liked Jackie Stewart since seeing the footage of him pulling Senna to one side to go over his overtaking tactics. His unorthodox route to single seaters was quite something, i can't wait for his life movie to be made. https://www.planetf1.com/news/sir-jackie-stewart-abu-dhabi-hollywood/ many who felt the title result had been made to feel artificial, but Stewart does not agree. โ€œI think it was handled in the right way. It was done correctly, there was no film business in this,โ€ he told Motorsport.com โ€œThis was not Hollywood, this was pure and the public enjoy that authenticity. Never in the history of the sport has there been such a lock.โ€ Asked if the race should have ended with a red flag, Stewart replied: โ€œNo, because there was actually no reason for a red flag.โ€
  4. Hi, a space saver will clear the brakes on the rear however not the fronts. The gig normally is to use the space saver on the rear in chase of puncher. If you get a puncher up front, you'd swap a rear for a space saver then put the rear wheel up front to get you home or to a garage.
  5. I sent the link over to my pal a few days ago to dream over as he has a R33 GTR, looks a stunning bit of kit.
  6. A job very well done. Is it pneumatic application?
  7. Happy Holidays ๐ŸŽ‰ Remember, cold is gold ๐Ÿ™Œ
  8. Forgot all about this Nissan promo for the 350z. Even though I have one, still think it's a gorgeous design.
  9. Oh yes, not seen that one before - how many pages?
  10. Seen a few Z's with these fitted and they really make the car, great looks and function too.
  11. 100% pal, aids the wax/sealant application no end. After washing, the surface isn't fully clean nor is it as flat and as smooth as it could be. Spending the time to quickly go round with a cleaner/cleanser also helps with removing any remaining water spots too. It's the condition we have right......
  12. Piece of work that must have been, works well though
  13. Better late than never, Winter clean and protection carried out. Pre was 2 bucket wash Towel dry SP Pro Neutral Enhance Soft99 Kiwami sealant SP Pro NE used as a paint cleanse/prep for the LSP. Few days later and in typical fashion it rained. After cleaning thought I'd bag the tailpipes to help stop water spotting, as I won't be driving her for a while.
  14. Sadly my modeling days are long gone now ๐Ÿ˜—
  15. Cheers for the input 1) Those folks you mentioned will have credentials ie professionals and even though aren't competition drivers themselves, will be able to provide valuable information with ideas on how to extract lap times from the car or heat management of the tyres through actual experience of the data. Not just you need to x and have no clue on how to achieve x. "we" wouldn't be able to tell him anything about driving. 2) Because the question wasn't related to the topic, I thought it prudent not to diverge. I don't follow what you mean.....
  16. Could be the poor way I'm putting this across. You won't be able to tell Max anything about this game so to speak that he doesn't already know. Furthermore you won't be able to give him any practical advise on how to improve his time on track beyond anything other than theory. If you honestly feel you would be able to give revelation to the current F1 world champion in any shape or form, you are wasted in your day job. No PM received, shocker - you're trying to point score rather than seek information having asked a question - you're not genuine, good day.
  17. Evidently so, not the place or time to converse. PM me by all means if this is a genuine question.
  18. Point being the conversation would never take place in real life, here in forum world behind a keyboard pomp is expressed without requiring credential. In an attempt to reach a resolution, you're having a sit down with Max to discuss his race craft - what advise would you give on to to improve this area of his inventory? Now only you will know honestly the first thoughts that came into your mind, mentally if a list of effective hints and tips materialised then fair play to you. If you an answer didn't naturally form in your mind, it's then a fruitless endeavour.
  19. My opinion generally isn't the reflection of the populous and for good measure ๐Ÿ˜€ Can you picture the scenario, you've gone to the Australian open and just witness Djokovic winning his first grand slam - he goes over to sign a few autographs and a time served screen watcher *Steve having never played the game competitively goes "mate, congratulations but your back swing down the line needs work" he would think there's a secret camera watching to capture his reaction. It's all about credentials and Steve wouldn't have any. I personally don't get it.
  20. Very nice build that is pal, not seen those wheels on a Z34 before - goes really well and that exhaust ๐Ÿ˜
  21. Anyone can have an opinion and that's all it is. I'm on board with comments towards character, however "needs to learn some proper race craft" not even David Coulthard could preach to Max let alone anyone on here moreover it smacks of hubris. You wouldn't get the car around a single lap while pointing the right way.
  22. As she doesn't get used much over Winter and to help with water spotting, a couple of food bags will suffice.
