Yeah I can imagine, very tight on space in there. 350z used one pcv valve and one breather port, one on each valve cover. For the 370z, Nissan felt the need to double their efforts so used x2 pcv valves and x2 breathers crankcase pressure focused.
I remember clearly Andrea Preuninger head of the GT department in Porsche, saying for the 991.2 they were able to increase engine performance and one of the ways was to reduce the oil pressure. So made sense in my little mind that having a handle on crankcase pressure, would also have an effect on oil pressure - more pressure/heat, less performance.
