  3. ^ because that what fits under the car....….......... Car put down 196bhp, which is right up there for a non variable cam'd 2.0l n/a
  4. Love my Tomei oil cap
  5. Sorry to hear this, fingers crossed for a fix soon
  6. Ive had a cat back system from MIJ and would do again if the price was right. My last system on my old Almera GTi 2.25' mandrel Good service and the system was well built for the price. David
  7. Hello Recently I was in at a Zed specialist having my 350z differential bushes replaced (not really a trolley jack and axle stands kind of job) and a lad with his mrs had travelled a fair distance for a P1 service. Once my car was finished, his car was bought it – very nice too. Good Friday gone, i carried out my own 11th year (with Nissan service tick sheet adhered to) P1 service and spark plugs change and it got me thinking how many of us service our cars ourselves or not and the reasons why? David
  8. That can scrap the iridium tips, you can wire brush copper ones but not iridium ideally Cleaning the electrode with a metal brush can lead to electrode failure, look it up.
  9. Zab told me about this motor, wow looks mega. Can't wait to see the final look!!!!! David
  10. Amazing fella, true dream car
  11. I take it you mean purely looking at the rev counter? Sometimes a bit of clutch dust from what I understand can make the rpm pick up a little slow to react to throttle movement. Cable throttle ftw
  12. Tbf a rolling road can be set up to show different figures from one run to the next.
  13. Ideally yes coilovers either Meister's or Bc's http://www.350z-uk.c...e__hl__meisterr http://www.h-dev.co....products_id=879 SuperPro for the bushes if doing that mod alone. http://www.h-dev.co....oducts_id=25452 http://www.h-dev.co....oducts_id=25456 uprated ARB's http://cougarstore.c...&products_id=49
  14. Axle stands and take your time. Take a picture of the set up before just incase you need to refer back.
  15. Plus also remember the 350z has 45 profile tyres, which all go towards a softer ride compared to the Focus RS. If you happy with the current right height, i would opt for stiffer side walled tyres (when the time comes) and/or swap out the ARB's for uprated ones or at least uprated ARB bushes. David
  16. Ive heard of this before when using non gen oil filters. What level is the oil at? *cold engine
  17. I think you've done the initial resets on a cold engine, hence your high idle and over fuelling issue. Start completely again, step by step on a warm engine. Ie disconnect the battery after the engine has warmed to the correct operating temperature. And follow the x3 resets in order. David
