  1. The MPSS5 will be out soon. I'm in a similar boat as I need rears for my 19's and recently bought some Continental SC6 to maintain the set. Come next time il look to move the the SC7 for the full set, however the fronts just don't wear out - still on 6mm so will no doubt age out before showing the wear bars.
  2. Catalogue car!! Such a wild build this one, the wheels are growing on me I think....... nah needs aftermarket items
  3. Yeah looks like you have 300-400ml too much oil. I would run the engine till warm, turn off and remove the oil filter/drain the filter. Re fit the oil filter and run for a minute then repeat. This will drain off a few hundred mil and re check level. Fingers crossed for an easy fix. .... Unless this coincides with an oil change of course.
  4. Pictures of that sexy exhaust please 😀 When the time comes, some aftermarket bucket seats will do just the trick for the cars' intended purpose I reckon.
  5. Recently fitted a new battery to the wife's Qashqai *Bosch S5 and was taken back by how much keener the engine starts. Not wanting the 350z to feel left out thought I'd treat her to a Bosch S4, which is the largest unit that'll fit in the battery tray. Existing Platinum 005L was fitted under warranty in Nov 2015 and served it's time well. Think it died once and since I've maintained with a ctek mxs 5.0 with battery conditioner function. Battery specifications: Old - New - Platinum 005L Bosch S4 026 60Ah 70Ah 540 CCA 630 CCA Like a big brothers hand-me-downs, the old 350z battery found a new home with the 92' Sunny. The windows operate so much quicker now 😁 So much space to take a larger unit. Old Sunny battery: LION 158 45Ah 330 CCA Free upgrades
  6. Engine itself sounds nice and quiet. I can highly recommend a flush, you'll be surprised
  7. Top lad, love the update. Great pedalling by our Glen
  8. Lovely purchase and has very low miles. She's in good hands now, looking forward to more clean up pictures. Re the white smoke issue, it may have too much oil in the engine. For what it's worth, an oil and filter change is a no brainer on a new purchase. Previous owner/s hadn't looked after it as it's been presented to MOT and failed for silly items like insufficient screen wash and illegal tyres, these are basic checks an owner should be doing.
  9. Ello n welkom Sounds like this was meant to be. Very nice purchase, stick around.
  10. It's straightforward to find which is defective. When it's misfiring, disconnect a coil at a time and see if it gets worse or stays the same. If it stays the same then that’s the bad coil.
  11. Wiper scratches can be machine polished so they're not so apparent.
  12. Ello n welkom Lovely purchase, had this car following me for a good few miles up the Peak District last year for a club drive out - stick around.
  13. Baby mileage 350z with V1 kit https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225616582193?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=tdc89HutT0m&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=UVSJOLRJSwe&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  14. This is the best water crusher I've used. As a drying aid it's mega and leaves lasting protection too. Possibly can be had cheaper elsewhere. Amazon link
  15. I couldn't follow any of this above, however happy your reappearing switch now works with the replacement actuator.
  16. If I was after a Z33 roadster, I'd be all over this - what a great summer buy
  17. Yeah fingers crossed pal, I'd take a 10mm and a spare coil pack with you
  18. Mate wow, she looks great. Any dashcam footage?
  19. Cheers fella, not going that far West - route yet to be disclosed 😉
  20. Ditto, i use their black bottled dry n shine as a drying aid on the wheels. Never known a product wrestle water quite like this stuff.
