  1. Cheers pal , you have PM
  2. yes that's what I found, on confused our Note would be £420 a year. Change the reg to e 14 plate leaf and amend the value of the car and it went to over £700 which I felt was a shame. Without relying on a honest seller, how can you tell at a glance if the car is battery owned?
  3. What did your 15' 24kwH generally get around town from a full charge? Edit - seen your post again and you've answered my query lol
  4. Yeah would be looking at a 15/14 plate Leaf on finance.
  5. Looking around and were thinking of moving in from our 06' Note to a 2013/14 Leaf, quite shocked to see the insurance is about £350 more a year oddly. Drive one for the first time today and the Mrs really likes it but won't be saving quite as much per years as we first thought. Currently for petrol and road tax the Note costs ish £150 a month. Figure if finance for a Note is similar, it's a no brainer???

    ITS HERE....

    Absolutely stunning
  7. Next time, unbolt the spacer nuts and refit the wheel and do up 3 nuts fully tight. Then bang the tyre 12, 6, 3 and 9 position until you free up the spacer behind the wheel and you're good.
  8. The younger you are, generally you will have less experience. The younger you are, possibly you'd be more inclined to want to show of a new car and an inexperienced driver showing off in a 350z is only going end one way. I personally think 17 would be fine to own a sports car.
  9. Rotten pal, this time of year is always bad for accidents. Go to work in the dark, come home in the dark for example. Hopefully matters get resolved without any dramas.
  10. as you know, generally going softer on rear promotes understeer.
  11. Try to take the same or similar bend again and see what happens? Check tyre pressures all round too.
  12. More winter prep, not as thorough job as the front arches as most of the factory underseal was still holding up well. Daisy 50:50 APC Autoglym wheel cleaner for alloy suspension Agitate with stiff nylon brush Rinse and repeat Left to dry naturally Hammerite stone chip applied Plastics dress with Chemical Guys new trim gel ACF50 bushes, brake lines and suspension Before: Yuk!! During: Rinsed and left to dry
  13. Should yield a great time at the nurburgring ring.
  14. These are mentioned in the item description redsky
  15. I worry about body damage, worn part generally give a chance for upgrade. A few months after ownership of my 05' GT, the diff bush started leaking. I didn't have to replace it but in wanting to take my car on track I figured it was only something that was going to get worst. This gave chance for upgrade and £350 less in my pocket, which is the cost of a clutch replacement for most hatchbacks.
  16. Had a weekend away just me and the Mrs to South Wingfield near the Peak District, few Zed pics needed as per. Stayed at Park Farm B&B and woke up to a stunning view, wee bit different to what we get in Birmingham. Yuk!! Ended as all other trips do, a visit to the local BP and relax.

  18. What's the point of more and more wind farms, if we can't efficiently store the power generated?
