This year's been a good'un, completed the BIG three here in the UK - Snowdon, Ben Nevis and finally Scafell Pike - dip in the lake at all three of course - 19th October Bought some new runners to replace my old ones, tallied since Jan I've done 350km in them. New ones arrived the day before he Stratford-upon-Avon 10k, so just in time. Completed the he course in 54:32, chuffed with that - 27th October Ran my first 5k with our eldest at a park here in Birmingham that I practically grew up in, that was a special moment - 2nd November First day of snow here in the Midlands for thought why not.

Not sure about the coilover situation, might be a waiting game until you come across a rear set of dampers. I copied you with the JDM heater controls for my 05' and love them, matches the ally gear knob and vent surrounds also.

Headlamp refresh as the darker nights roll in. Very well documented common problem, but a straightforward fix at least. Clean and degrease, 1500, 2000 & 3000 wet sand. 2 stage machine polish. Panel wipe and clear PPF applied to help with UV protection going forward. Residue from the old tint film having been on for a number of years, took an age to remove using a tar & glue remover. Careful wet sanding in progress. Nice uniform finish ready for machine polishing. Always a great transformation Same on the other side In a couple days I may look to ceramic coat the PPF to give it that extra protection. The finished article â

I would warm with a hair dryer or pour hot water on the cover. To reinstall I would use the following: Tip for fitting, do a couple dry runs before removing the backing take. Get that muscle memory going.

Hopefully a great buy, especially this time of year one can easily get caught out not showing a bit of respect for a decently powered RWD car. Fans more than likely will be the motors, check if they work on slow speed using the A/C
