What you've been quoted is very reasonable I'd say. Average clutch and flywheel quotes including labour ranges from £800-1000 depending on where you're going I thought?

Not sure I've even called it by its proper name but see the below picture as a reference. It is fairly scratched up from the previous owner and I am wanting to replace this. Any ideas if this is possible? Who would sell this and how much?

I am considering getting a few things painted but feel it may look ridiculous seeming as I have a black zed, not really sure what colour would fit with it?

Depends on the quality of the music surely? I can have my radio on with the volume at 20 and consider it normal yet plugging in my ipod with volume at 10 is normal and very loud at 15. Probably not very helpful response but that's what its like for me
