  1. There's no doubt that the next twenty years will see an incredible acceleration in computing and hence the complexity of problems being solved becoming infinitely greater. Who knows what we'll find out. I think it's fairly likely there will be digitally enhanced humans and the potential is in this being the real near term danger to normal mankind, this or selective genetics to remove predisposed weakness or the perception of these anyway.
  2. You'll be looking forward to qubit based systems in the mainstream then. Scarily efficient, Google have one that they believe could out processes all other bit based computers in the world even if they ran calculations for the next 10000 years!
  3. Hi guys, does anyone happen to know the correct torque setting when tightening the nuts back down?
  4. Lifetime subscription to Rainex? Haven't put anything on it. It tends to clear itself if you are going fast enough. Might not be able to see out of it perfectly, but you can usually make out shapes / lights, which is enough, though I rely on my wing mirrors much more anyway. Just have to give it a wipe if it's snowed / frosted before you set off. Fair enough, I guess it's the reversing stuff I get most concerned with, but maybe I'll think again.
  5. You think on a daily driver? Did it on mine and I daily drive it. Thought It might bother me, but it really doesn't. Lifetime subscription to Rainex?

    Bam Shifts

I put a South Bend one in a while back and must say I prefer it vastly over the OEM.
  9. That's mainly for aerodynamic reasons.
  10. I did this super tricky mod this week....... I wouldn't even attempt it unless you've been fully trained as a race mechanic......
  11. No it was a former milkman, he then had to charge it for 16 hours afterwards to get back on his round. Mrs Postlethwaite's high tea went without scones with cream that day......
  12. What about anything through Google / Google Drive / Google Photos? Has anyone had a look at that?
  13. Sounds like this will be an awesome read over the next few months Adrian. Looking forward to it!

Looks like that yellow paint will slow him down a touch. Challenge him to a drift contest Big D.

  16. Lol yeah no probs Thank you kindly
  17. I like this one as you can't see how stone chipped my bonnet is. Any chance of some logos on it please Stuggerz?
  18. That looks really nice. Suits the bay beautifully.
  19. I just struggle to get the to play games the days. Generally I have to get my ten year old nephew over so that I can 'help him out'. í ½í¸€
  20. Yep for the endurance races they added an update at some point which allowed you to "suspend" the race and save it. Only thing with it was that when you next turned on Gran Turismo the only race you could do was the one you'd already started. No worries then. I have plenty of screwdrivers and screwdriver bits here to choose from at home. Might even use my TengTools miniature ratchet with a screwdriver bit just to be different. Now that's pushing the boat out! Love the Tengs Tools, very nice pieces of kit.
  21. I can't see any of these pics! Is it a browser thing? Using Chrome. In fact take that back they are just taking ages to loads as high quality.
