The map that you are using is based on a Mercator projection and the one Steve is using is based on a Transverse Mercator Projection. The orginal Mercator Projection was made to simplify the navigation of the seas for sailors and is best suited there. The Transverse Mercator gives a much more accurate definition of east / west which is the piece that's badly disorted on a standard Mercator as you go futher north or south from the equator (in fact becomes infinitely distorted at the poles). Steve's map would be far more true to life for this application.

If you've ever stood next to them at Kennedy Space Centre then you get a real sense of how unrealistic and fake the 610 feet tall doors are and that is all just for show.... Clearly rockets don't exist!

I had the very same question before and remembered this thread. which aftermarket under chassis brace to buy,, gt spec or ultra racing? I might be mistaken, but my understanding is that you should still keep the original w brace in situ and the other ones that you can add give you extra bracing on top at various points in the car. Is your one salvageable? If so give it a good clean up and repaint it. If not I'd get a new OEM and then think about adding the extra if needs be. Mine looked like this when it came off the car and was replaced.

I'd expect you get a call back at light speed after that from the dealership.

Hi @cs2000 mine seem to be something more like 65-67mm diameter, so much larger than the ones you have, so probably a bit of a no go right now.

It just struck me when looking at the events page that there's no real way to add tables or drop down boxes in the post we make. Is this a possible option to add? For example being able to create and edit tables in posts would make things tidier and easier to read when inputting for things like events. It would make it a bit easier for REOs and everyone else to read whats going on. What do you think?
