    Oh dear it won't be much consolation but I managed to kerb my front and rear Enkies the day after I had them powder coated. I was so angry with myself, buggering about like an old lady trying to park my car not too close but close enough blah blah blah and...... kerb!!! I could've shot a puppy in the face.

    There's been way too much kerbing on this forum recently. Lets kerb the kerbing people. I'd rather get a taxi to the kerb after I park than scrape an alloy.

    mine does the same. it isn;t too bad but noticeable. Like you said, quiet when clutch is pressed and then not once off. Don't worry about it. I always thought it was the thrust bearing.

    I bought mine from a friend. It only needed a new wing like yours, a new bumper + new light. It was a low speed accident, not his fault. Chassis is fine. Came out as a cat D. I was surprised too for such little cosmetic damage but hey ho. Keep it If you can and enjoy it if you're savvy with repairing cars. Good luck.

    I suppose I can see why she did it. Rewarding someone for returning what was taken and an apology BUT, that's only because he was caught. So no, I wouldn't give the offending article 20 pounds cash but 20 pounds worth in weight of a 2 by 4 round the chops.
