hey guys finally got round to taking some more snaps of the car

Black 08-plate 350z on the A12 intersection with the Mcdonalds on the right and Ley Street on the left. You passed me as I was turning right onto Horns Road, you were going straight towards Gants Hill roundabout.

Has anyone had experience in using this product? I bought some a while back and use it to clean my VW Polo and it hasn't had any adverse effects and cleans well. But wanted to check if it's ok to use on the Z for a quick clean? Seen that there's a Silver 350Z convertible parked on a drive on Longwood Gardens in Clayhall (IG5). Is it anyone on here? Was tempted to put a note through the door saying "Hello fellow Z owner! Would you be up for a drive?"

Whereabouts in London are you based mate? Muswell Hill. oh ok, not too far from where I am then - down in Barkingside (near Ilford). Up for a drive sometime? There are a few other members on here from around Tottenham area, lets see if they will join in. Have you put your name down for the meet at the Ace Cafe on the 19th April 14. Always a good meet. Yep I've done that too. There's also a thread about a potential meet around Watford area over the next couple of weeks depending on when everyone's free. I'm up for something around North London though, would be closer for me for a start. As you know more of the local peeps than me, do you wanna see how many we can get for a meet up and a drive? Believe there is a Jan meet at Tradelink in Kings Langley thats only 20 mins around the M25. Lovely jubbly!

Hi guys, as the Z is my first high performance car, I wanted to ask some advice as to when is the best time to change gear when driving normally (i.e. around town, or just local). I've been used to the norm of 2nd as soon as you start moving, 3rd when you hit 20mph, 4th when you hit 30mph, 5th at 40mph and 6th at 50mph. Is this the norm with these cars or is there a more efficient way of driving?

So today I did my first mod to my Z - nothing too exciting but a mod nevertheless. Changed my interior lights to LED festoons

thanks mate, I've had a look at the Bose hack and will get around to doing it a bit later on. Only had possession of the Z for 3 days so not wanting to start ripping things out just yet first things i'm planning on is the stubby aerial, LED sidelights, dome lights, boot lights and number plate lights. then will spend some money on fuel and taking the beast out!

well hopefully if the weather's good on wednesday when i'm off i'll give it a go. also ordered festoons for the interior LED and will get round to ordering some for the boot and number plate too

well so far i've just been listening to the radio. I bought a cheap tape-aux from ebay but the car's just rejecting it everytime i put it in it just ejects it back out? i'm yet to try the CD-skipping...

Would anyone recommend black window tints? if so what's the legal limit allowed?
