I'm travelling 8-9 miles to a new gym I've signed up to (Bodyworks in Tottenham). Well worth the journey though as the place is just a motivational haven! So much equipment that you never have to wait for a machine or looking for plates. Only grip is that there's so many dumbbells, that they're mis-matched and some in KG and some in LB. Oh...and it's 24hrs, men only, and has a kitchen with their chef prepping fresh meals for post workout munchies

A lot of people use the Berks HFC so they must be good I guess! Do you know how much louder the hfc made the system or did you do it all at the same time? And what was installation like? Thanks for the posts! I got them added later and they make a nice difference to the sound. Makes it a bit more louder, slight droney around 2k rpm, but other than that no issues. Perfect when cruising on the motorway, and opens up when you put your foot down installation was done by Ross at Japex and didn't take him too long, but easier as he had access to his ramp. Defo worth the money

I'd highly recommend getting Y pipe at least, and if you can stretch then go for HFCs or decats otherwise you'll be paying for another remap when you get those done -
I'd go for the berk HFCs mate. I've got them combined with stillen y pipe and cobra resonated backbox and it sounds awesome. Passed MOT every time too

Yeah was incredibly fun, felt abit guilty revving the car like that but I think I'm too mechanically sympathetic haha! Probably did the car good considering she usually just sits at 1500-2500rpm on the way to and from work each day. That burnout video was the first time using the Launch Control, think it's a really cool feature to have but obviously not as beneficial as a car that came with it from factory, that also adjusts the traction for a perfect launch. It makes me cringe a little dumping the clutch at 3000rpm so It probably won't be used again until I need a new set of tyres Pretty sure the car would be fine with doing a few launches but it does worry me a little haha! Yeah my only concern is that a new clutch wouldn't be too far off after a few launches I'm gonna be getting my car mapped in Feb and was looking at getting launch control, but I doubt I'd use it that often. Would much rather have some pops n bangs

Update from Jez: He'll run 2 days with a max of 5 cars per day. He's proposed Fri 27th Jan and Fri 17th Feb. They don't operate on the weekends unfortunately. The 15% discount will apply to the Uprev, Dyno time and switchable maps. Launch control is £89.99 extra. I'm not in the country for 27th Jan, so I'm going to take one spot for 17th Feb. If we can do a split of the two dates to see who's available below 27th Jan 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 17th Feb 1. Chirag1988 2. 3. 4. 5. -

You'd want to change your air filters to either an induction kit, or for better gains then get yourself a HKS drop in panel filter. As you're a DE you also want a plenum spacer. Also you'd want to have HFCs or decats, as well as your Y-pipe and your exhaust. This would be the bare minimum I'd say to do before a remap, otherwise you'll be re-doing it every time you change one of the breather mods. Spoke to Jez and they can load up to 5 maps if you have the cruise control, and the "pops n bangs" is something I asked for as well as I quite like the sound of it. There's no extra cost for this as it would just be one of the 5 maps loaded on. However if anyone wants Launch Control, that will be around £90 extra as it requires an additional licence. Not sure if the 15% discount would apply to this but we can always ask -
