Thanks matey I've always lover the look with the V2 spoiler plus I've already paid & ordered one last week You won't regret the V2 spoiler mate. Just get it fitted by a decent body shop as it will need a fair bit of work doing and extra holes to be drilled from the inside in order to secure it properly. Have had mine on over a year with no issues whatsoever. I'm collecting mine from the body shop on Wednesday with a new original chargespeed rear fitted to finish off the look Thanks mate I've always loved the v2 spoiler so defiantly would be getting fitted anyway & it's going to my next door neighbours bodyshop which he has done for 25 years now & had done all body work on my cars which he does a perfect job every time just can't decide wether to have it all blue or black fin with the rest blue! Thank u kindly sir I think if you're keeping the side steps black then go with a black fin - it'll be a nice contrast Maybe get it photoshopped first to see how it looks?

The bodyshop cost was defo more than the spoiler! But well worth it as it looks awesome

That's the beauty about GVT - don't need to push massive weights! Leave your ego at the door, hit that volume and grow quicker than every other grunt in the gym! I've still got that deep sore DOMS in my legs and I trained them on Monday! Had an active rest day yday, so just did some ab work at home. Today is Gun Day! Will be aiming to superset 10x10 biceps with 10x10 triceps. Not decided on which exercises yet, will decide when I get in lol. Then hit the forearms as finishers!

Sneaky update from the bodyshop

+1 on the SGS struts. I got them on mine to hold up the heavy ass V2 rep I got on mine

Today's hell consisted of 10x10 superset of bench press with T bar rows...then did some flyes and pulldowns to finish off...felt like I was gonna be sick by the end of it!

Lol there was a Ferrari in the workshop which I'd have gladly taken as a courtesy

Nooo Dips! Most prob the only other Guji on here, and with both of our cars practically being twins as well! Reviving a semi-old thread here Had some time off after comp and into off season training now. Started GVT today with legs...10x10 squats followed by 10x10 hamstring curls and then supplemented with lunges and calves. Had to give myself some downtime before I could drive home from the gym Bring on the DOMS!

Watching with interest...when will you decide if you'll get to 20 or draw the line? Also what will be the turnaround for delivery mate?
