Hey Leigh, Ken has dibs them second if it falls through lol, but if it doesn't go through twice, I'll firstly cry and count myself extremely unlucky lol and then you can have them!

HR and DE bumpers are different mate, and as you have a HR like mine, I wouldn't want to make my zed look older lol. Most people try to do the opposite -
That's alright then - but yeah Jack does the same service, send your old wheel in after your new one arrives and then a refund of £50 for it. Enjoy the new wheel mate - probably be my next mod too I think...

Over a month! Should have just gone to Jack at Royal Steering lol http://royalsteeringwheels.com/nissan-3/

Another part for sale is my OEM rear bumper in Ebisu Black from my 08 HR 350z. I removed it to swap for my chargespeed rear and whilst I thought about keeping it in case I ever return to standard, I have no intentions to sell the zed, so this could be perfect for anyone who's looking to go back to standard, or wants a spare bumper. Again it's been on my zed since I bought it 2 years ago, has the normal wear and tear, and just one noticeable mark which was on it when I bought it. I'll be leaving the rear parking sensors in, but the unit is not included as it's still in my zed. I'm happy to deliver/meet halfway within reasonable distance or depending on distance may be able to deliver it to you for some fuel money. Other than that it'll be buyer's responsibility to arrange collection/courier, etc. £115 ONO

Hi guys, need space in the garage and to raise some funds for the forthcoming wedding...so I'm putting up for sale my previous GT4 wheels. I've had these wheels on the car since I bought it 2yrs ago. Considering I've done 14,000 miles with them, including my first track day at Castle Combe, 2 Wales trips and various other drives, I'd say the wheels overall are in very good condition, some slight bubbling on the inside and one very small mark (see pics). They will be sold with the tyres, which again came with the car and the same conditions as above apply. Whoever buys them will most likely change them but they're still ok for now. Also included (but not in the pics) are the wheel nuts and the locking key too. I'm in East London near Gants Hill and happy to meet someone halfway or so within a reasonable distance, or depending on where you are can drive them to you for some fuel money, otherwise it'll be buyer's responsibility to arrange collection/courier, etc. £325 ONO

Normally I'd agree with this. And to prove this, I'm going to disagree with this (this time)... FK1000P is quite solventy, so it'll remove some/most of the Black Hole. If it were a wax, I'd agree with you Dan, but not for a sealant. OP, I'd also suggest that whilst FK will happily last 3months+ on a bare surface, the Black Hole is going to reduce it's durability considerably. FK isn't designed to sit on top of an oily glaze so it'll struggle to last 3 months, TBH. Either go with a decent wax or replace the Black Hole with something else like SRP. I normally use autoglym HD wax on top of black hole and it works a treat. I've got myself a tub of FK1000P but not had a chance to use it yet, but when I do it'll be just for the wheels

I would love to but can't this year! I went couple of years ago and got a photo with Ronnie Coleman though

I've got the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium - awesome camera quality, 4K screen resolution, 64GB micro SD card for all my photos and music. Prob above the budget you're looking to spend but a quality phone!

Yeah thats what i figured. Tbh when i do a 3 day split I usually do push-pull-legs but also throw a 4th workout in just for arms & shoulders. What im going to try for the next month or so though is doing opposing muscles in the same workout. I know Arnie used to rave about it. So i`ll superset back/chest one day, then biceps/triceps another and then probably do legs & shoulders on a 3rd day. Ive not tried this before as I figured id not probably have the energy to do a heavy chest & back workout at the same time, but we shall see how it goes. Doesnt hurt to try something different for a while. Opposites work well too, however the only change I'd advise to that is do arms and shoulders together and give legs a day for themselves as they're a MASSIVE muscle group. I tried shoulders and legs together and its longgggggg and very tiring!

Unless you're on gear I think the whole week of workouts in a weekend will be taking you backwards mate. Rest is key. You're asking too much of your body and CNS in one sitting. Definitely over-taxing your body there mate and that's why you're not seeing much progress and feeling so tired. It will eventually make you lose motivation as all you'll feel is tiredness and no improvement and will result in stopping altogether. If you want to do a 3-day split have you looked at Push-Pull-Legs? So every other day in the week and you're done. I was doing 2 days on 1 day rest, then two days on again with weekend rest afterwards. During that I hit Push twice, once at the beginning and one at the end only because I needed to hit them more to get them to grow. Check it out and might be something that works for you?
