Hi Mitz I am going to try & make this, probably won't be eating as not sure what time I will be able to get there. But will be nice to see some other zeds & owners (this will be my first meet as have missed others because of work)

Really sad news. I too grew up with the Young Ones (unfortunately not the re-runs, the first showing )

I am also thinking of having this done, either dark grey or black (my car is twilight grey) I will probably use Derby Alloys as they did a nice job on my previous car. Just getting the funds together as have just had P2 service & new discs/pads, so bit strapped for cash at moment. If I get this done next couple of weeks I will post pics

I have done 2, you pay for the course instead of the fine (normally the same price) but get no points. It's well worth the 3 or 4 hours you have to attend for. General rule for being offered the course is speed limit plus 10% plus 2mph, but some counties are more flexible.

So I had a P2 service a few weeks ago at Cougar Store. Just wanted to say thanks to Mitz for his help and advise while I was there (what a nice chap he is) Anyway, the good news is that my car is already fitted with a Scorpion exhaust. I wasn't aware of this Mitz pointed it out (you can probably gather by now I'm not very technically minded) Bad news is all the discs are corroded so Mitz is fitting new discs and pads Monday. Really looking forward to not having the constant brake squeal at low speeds. Oh and I got caught speeding by a speed check van on the way back out of Leicester, but that's another story. Sorry I am being so long winded, the main reason for this post is to ask your thoughts on looking at the breathing. I had a long chat with Mitz. We discussed new Y pipe, HFC and uprev. What difference will I feel with these? Performance, sound, etc? Basically trying to work out whether it's worth the cost as my original intention was not to make too many changes to the car at all....but you know how it is!!

Hi Ian, the bike looks great!! don't sell it Even if you don't use it much, it's always nice to have it there when you do (I think my record was 35 miles in one full calendar year including the trip to get it MOT'd ) Trying to use my bike more this year but difficult when you have a zed.....
