  1. Nice one, there is a piece missing, cheers mate.
  2. Hi peeps, I've just had the roof of my Z resprayed and I've complained about the edge near the front screen and apparently there is a piece of trim missing. I don't think there is as there is already rubber trim there. Could you guys post some pics of the trim at the top of your front windscreen so I could see the difference. Sorry wasn't sure where to post this but the pictures forum seemed about right.
  3. Followed you to pitsea Tesco from the A13, looked like GTR wheels and a private plate *** 3ret ;-)
  4. They look exactly like the madia radisson deep dish alloys I'm looking at getting. They will fit 370's as well.

    Bigger Wheels

Yeah sorry 245 30 on the front, bloody typo!!

    Bigger Wheels

I'm looking at getting some new wheels for my car, saw some nice 20" wheels, but obviously the tyres are smaller in size. The tyres will be 245 30 20 on the front and 275 30 20 on the rear. Has anyone changed their wheels and tyres to this size? my question is, did It change the ride much, is it still as smooth and comfortable or does turn your car into a bone shaker etc?
  7. Lol, no, but 20years ago my wife had a mk2 Humber sceptre that had OD
  8. Years ago when I was younger we used to have this thing on our cars called choke. You usually pulled a lever of some sorts when starting your car, this made the engine idle faster than usual, when the engine had warmed up a few miles down the road, you would push this choke contraption back in and your car would normally then idle at aroun 7.5 - 8.5 rpm. Newer cars now days do this automatically, so starting your car from cold automatically cuts in with auto choke until your engine warms up. Hope this helps a bit. Regards Old Git.
  9. Seen this morning heading towards the A127/Billericay from Basildon town centre.
  10. Probably the same people that describe the type of car they drive as "a red one"!! Lol
  11. I got my 350z from their Peterborough branch. They pretty helpful and accommodating when we visited them traded our old car with them. The problem we had was after the sale took place. We negotiated 6 months free tax and we were also told they would pay for the private transfer cost and send off the log book to change the details. We drove around for 10 days with out a tax disc and when we called them to find out where it was, we was told it was on their desk and they would post it. It did turn up 2 days later, but it was hand written and not printed, as they said the would tax it the next day directly with the DVLA. We also received a letter from the DVLA the other day saying we would receive penalties as our old car had no insurance, we haven't owned it since November?!
  12. Well I'm pretty sad, I do actually keep a record of stats everytime I fill the tank up lol. The worst I've ever got was 228 miles and the best was 303 miles. I don't let it run too low though usually about 60 miles let to empty, so I could probably get close to 400 miles per tank.
  13. Nah, you just gotta get it in the right light ;-)
  14. Link an image code from photobucket is probably the easiest way.
  15. It says 09+ and it is an 09? Sorry, I was under the impression it was a 09+ 350 & 370 silver post as there is no 350 silver thread, my mistake.
  16. Welcome!!! Well you may as well fill it to the top with petrol every time, it doesn't take long to get to the empty again ;-) I can safely say that it will take 4.7 litres of oil in total, just had my first P3 service at my local Nissan dealer and I supplied the parts to get the service done cheap, it amazes me that they can charge almost £200 for a can of oil, 2 air filters, oil filter and a washer? When they gave me a list of the parts needed they said to supply 4.7 of 10:40.
  17. Excellent pictures, I especially like the 4th pic, nice ;-)
