    Get some powder coated aluminium mesh and bond it to the inside of the bumper, either glass it in or mastic it on.

    I'm looking at doing this too, it's the 370 side repeaters you need to fit there isn't a 350 like option . Cal has just done this to his zed so he may have the answer?

    Rust on the rear arch is common and don't worry about mileage mine is on 110k and has never missed a beat in 5 years of ownership (bought on 86k) Welcome by the way
