    I got mine from Mitz at cougar store at a decent price.

    I like both bonnets but after a few years I changed to the HR bonnet for a bit of a change and also it harks back to the original 240z which I like.

    I would of said it was the fuel dampers tapping but if it's running rough it sounds more serious.

    Yep approved means nothing, just car clinic were the approved company when I was hit and 5 times I had to reject the repair because it was awful. Good luck with it though.

    Very hard to find second hand but they are only around £280 from Nissan new, then you need it painting of course.

    My passenger window has never dropped on opening in the 5 odd years I've had the zed, never caused a problem and works fine on the button up/down.

    I wish I'd seen 18 spits up there on song, gives me goosebumps thinking about it. A lovely thing to see and a excellent tribute to the absolute heroes that saved us all and changed the course of the war. To me It's very important to remember what happened . Heroes all of them!

    You must get that super unleaded in it , they are designed to run on it and you won't be doing it any good on the normal stuff. Lots of posts on here about engines going bang!

    Older Zeds aren't really that quick compared to modern cars, they are heavy with a big lump of an engine in them. I've been surprised by some diesel saloons! Having said that are you letting it rev out in each gear as it picks up towards the upper rev range?

    No they ask me the same thing whenever I buy a bulb from them and I'm a man. I do try to avoid the place if possible though and their tools aren't too bad.
