It's a gamble with any trade in dealer but j17 are known to you and us (the forum) . The car from them may be fantastic but I fear the follow up problems (if you have them) will be met with a brick wall.

Good choice Ian, I've had mine over a year now and it's had a lot of use. It picks up well and even has a conical filter in it (clean filter after each use to keep suction at its best) I think it's as good as you will get without using a mains vacuum or spending big money on a Li cordless.
