  1. Is there any reason why it defaults to the Oxford area and every time you try to move away from there to look around the country it just goes back?
  2. Congratulations mate, all your hard work and perseverance has paid off, they look great!

    BMW M6 V10

Great write up! It's one hell'uva car, especially with its stealth looks - it depends if you want to get noticed or not. All that performance for that price 😳. The only thing that would concern me is the housing estate in the background of the pics looks a bit dodgy 😄
  4. Storm white and pearl white are two different colours ;-)
  5. It'll be the seats, sounds like a fan blowing when they are on
  6. I fit one recently to my 2010 roadster, reasonably easy to do. I just bought an ebay camera (£15) and used the method of adding new pins to the video cable and inserting them into the multiplug on the back of the Nav screen. Job done ðŸ‘. I'm sure there are much better cameras out there, but for the price it'll do what I need it for
  7. Maybe I should just ask a mod? 😄
  8. Shouldn't that decal on the back say Hashitmoto! That is awful!
  9. Ok cheers, yes it was. Got so far thru and it wouldn't let me add more pics so I tried again using photo bucket but couldn't get that to work correctly either so gave up 😄, then couldn't remove the topics!
  10. How do you delete a topic once you've started one?
  11. Been having problems with my iPod connection in my 370 roadster. Comes up on the screen saying reading USB/ no USB every few seconds but if I push the USB plug down and to the left it keeps its connection and plays ok. So, obviously a dodgy connection. Looked online for a replacement - £121 in UK, $45 +postage from the states. Phoned local Nissan dealer - £101 +vat 😳for a USB connector! Time for a re-think. Removed the old one and replaced with an old USB cable and connected this to the original wiring plug. Now works fine 😄
  12. Can anyone help with this problem. When listening to the radio on my 2010 roadster (Bose, sat nav) the sound is only coming from the front tweeters, yet when listening to any other source all the speakers work? I've been searching the web for an answer but cannot find the solution. I really don't understand how this can be, I've done the speaker test and searched through and tried adjusting all the different settings on the system to see if I can get it working correctly but to no avail. Any suggestions great fully received. Dave
  13. Just to add, wash and dry after claying and before polishing +1
  14. Don't understand why but it appears that when the radio is on it is only actually playing through the tweeters at the front. Have been through everything in the secret menu and normal settings but can't get to the bottom of this. The 'speaker test' proves all the speakers are working fine, and as said previously all other formats sound great except the radio! Any ideas anyone?
  15. Some good work there, but the home made bike rack isn't up to the standard of the rest of your work! 😄
  16. Chris is like the Pied Piper of ZedWorld - he plays his magic tune and we become transfixed, spending our hard earned on Mods galore to individualise our Z's 😄. So much for promising her wholeheartedly i will not be modding this car! I've got roughly 1% willpower 😜
  17. Too low for me, BUT - love those wheels! 😜, does anyone know what make they are?
  18. Thanks very much guys. Was just curious as I've not seen another roadster since I got mine 3months ago (I do realise its the wrong time of year 😄), but I've also never seen another pearl white one for sale anywhere. Well, at least I won't be driving past one everytime I go out 😄
  19. Does anyone know how many roadsters are registered in the UK? Or even better, how many of each colour (big ask I know). I've looked on www.howmanyleft.co.uk but they don't list roadsters specifically
  20. The install is really quite easy, and taking the centre console/dash apart was much easier than expected. Two screws at the end nearest the back of the seats either side of the console, unclip the gear stick surround (prise up, from handbrake end first, and unclip) then remove the rest of the screws (about 8, all now visible). Pull the nav surround panel (with vents in) away from the dash starting at the bottom and working upwards
  21. I tried following something I'd read 'somewhere' on t'interweb and bought a camera off fleabay for £15 then just added the wires to the back of the nav display and changed the settings in the secret menu, works a treat! 😄
