  1. Couldn’t say an exact price, there’s quite a few people on here who’ve done it so hopefully they’ll chip in and give you more details, but I’d say you’re looking at 4 or 5 times you’re current budget to do it properly with all the supporting mods like brakes, suspension etc
  2. New exhaust, there’s plenty to choose from and I’m sure you’ll get lots of suggestions. Drop in filters are fine, unless you specifically want an intake (for looks). Uprev or Ecutek to allow fine tuning of the mods. That’s probably it tbh, you won’t get much increase in performance without going forced induction which will cost a lot more
  3. Hi and welcome. Nice clean looking Zed you’ve got there
  4. I did look into supercharging it a while back to ‘liven’ it up a bit, but being an auto, the box would need to be ‘built’ to cope with it. Plus I’ve got another car that’s highly modified for performance so really use the Zed for summer cruising.
  5. Firstly, thanks for the kind comments . Yes they can be folded in manually, however I never do it.
  6. As the title says, this is purely hypothetical at the moment. I’m considering the possibility of selling up my vehicles and treating myself to something a little more special next summer (such as an R8 V10 roadster). Normally I wouldn’t even ask the question as to whether I should revert the car back to standard before selling, however, given that quite a few Z owners modify their cars and (I feel) that my mods are quite tasteful, I was just gauging opinion as to whether it would sell as it is? I still have all the standard parts stored away. I’m sure most of you will have seen my car on here so I won’t put loads of pics up
  7. Got one of their front splitters on my Audi, good quality and fit
  8. Would’ve loved to have met up but I’m away unfortunately
  9. Quite a few cars come with recaro cs seats as standard (albeit rebranded) such as Vauxhall corsa vxr and some Renault sport models. These come up on fleabay quite a bit, might be worth considering and retrimming. You may have to modify/fabricate the mounts though.
  10. Here's how I used to have mine. Bought from Tarmac on here but not sure if he still does them http://vid817.photobucket.com/albums/zz96/davectr/build/IMG_0470.mp4
  11. Nice wheels, looking forward to seeing the finished article
  12. Guess that includes me then, I'm older (middle aged) . Not sure if I'm on here (senile), and definitely not modding my 370
  13. It's a good weekend, Sunday being the main day for competition. Have been a few times, was there last year with the JM Imports team, quite a few 1000+bhp GTR's. Unfortunately can't make it this year. Providing the weathers good you'll have a great time
  14. I had my gearbox settings tweaked when I had my Uprev installed. Tbh it made a little difference but nothing to get excited about. Installing a sprintbooster made much more of an improvement in driveability (for me). Modified gearbox would cost thousands
  15. Another vote for Si, he made a great job of mine
  16. What a stunning car, GLWS.

    370z Auto

Hi Shep, first and foremost I'd say test drive one before you buy. The 370 uses a single clutch auto and is quite slow changing compared to most of the double clutch auto cars nowadays. To answer your questions, yes it will change down automatically even in manual if your speed drops too low for the gear you are in. It doesn't 'shift' to manual if you use the paddles whilst in auto, you can change gear manually using the paddles and then after a few seconds it reverts back to auto, if that makes sense. I don't think the shift times are different in manual to auto (but I could be wrong). I found mine to be a bit lethargic so had the gear change map tweaked which helped a little bit, but then installed a sprint booster which (for me) made a vast improvement and makes the car much nicer to drive.
  18. Were you parked on Alexander Prestige's stand? No, right next to it in the roped off section ðŸ‘ðŸ»
