I had some fun the other night with a guy in his done up fiesta ST. Ok they ain't the quickest of things but there he was revving and I thought. Right...so I keep edging forward. He looked over so I gave him the knod. And guess what I beat him lol. Until then next set of lights ne how. Haha

So it's true. Iv Gone all Electric. I have bought myself a 100% Electric Nissan Leaf. Some of you know that I work for Nissan anyhow so I'm a little bias but iv been borrowing on for that past 2 weeks and it has worked for me. Granted it's not got the same effect as the Z but this is going to save me around £200 a month compared to the Z. I will pay nothing for the travelling I do. It is plenty fast enough.you have to pay nothing but a one off £10 annual subscription to charge publicly. Don't worry I know what your thinking...have I sold the Z. No I haven't. That's being shut away for the winter for now. Unless we have some odd sunny weekends for it. This is it....ugly I know bt for what it does its perfect... It even has a diffuser!!! J

I have the Cobra NON-RESONATED. which sounds Awesome. but at higher revs, does sound like my mates M3 a little. But I am lead to believe the RESONATED ones dont have this affect. Others on here will soon tell u if im wrong! cobra I like!

no I totally agree. But to spend say £7k on getting the same power as a HR just seem nuts to me. May as well buy a HR. But putting the money of a body kit in too. I think the 370 nismo is a good example. Each to their own I know and it's definitely Prichards money so completely up to him. But that would be my suggestion and I haven't seen any of the meets a nismo. So will get just as much attention.

Right I think I have your answer. U were prepared to spend thousand to get more power from your car. Now your looking at spending thousands again on body kit. Has any of you used or got any recommendations for sound deadening the zed doors? DIY alternatives. I think dynamat seems rather expensive. Didn't know if any of you used anything from say B&Q or Wicks? Also what part of the door do I need to do? The skin behind door panels? Or bit in between that and outer skin? If outer, has any one got images how to get to it? Cheers

Hi all. Has anyone got the dimensions for the replacement Oem sub area? Had the weekend installing new system. But the sub in the oem space isn't sealed I know but saw a few of you on here saying it sounds fine. But it's just vibrating the interior. I'd like to make my own box. If not anyone got one for sale?

So I spent my Sunday afternoon/evening stripping the car and installing amp and front speakers and installed my 10"alphine sub. All good until I turned it on and sound from right was suberb. The left on the other hand is not working. Done a research tonight so tomo night may be elimination night. But anyone else had this. Have I done something? Is this something that happens? Cheers. Also sub could defo do with the sub box if anyone has one?

This is going round and round. We all know the only way for more power is FI. don't go and waste £8k of ur harding working money on an old car that ul never see the money back for. Go out an buy either a 370z if u want to stay with the forum or buy alternative makes and enjoy the power already. Or put the huge amount of money into the house u were buying. I don't mean to be an arse on this but if I had that sort of money to throw into a car I would buy something newer and less mileage, already with the power. Il shut up now.

Thank you for the reply. Well good timing. Tonight I put all the wiring in for an amp. I'm guessing this is the same wiring as a sub? Checked everything was working by connecting the crap fli sub and it works. So now would I just disconnect the sub and as you say just rewire the speaker wires?

So after all this time. Is there anywhere I can get the template from? Cheers.
