I put a flathead screw driver in from inside to boot to release the clips. there are two holes where you can get to the clips

Just removed mine. There are 2 bolts either end and 2 clips in the middle, and not to mention all that 3m adhesive tape, seems like overkill to me. You will end up with 4 holes in the boot/hatch. Mines a jdm don't know if uk models are different
