  1. Very nice and the exhaust looks pretty sexy. How's it sound?
  2. Hello Arran, I should hate you as after an hour or so reading all this I'm now itching even more to start modifying my week old 350Z. Already done some small bit's myself but this build thread makes me want to go all out. Great car, great mods and great colour too.
  3. Not a big fan of carbon bonnets tbh (apart from for weight saving) but each to there own of course. Love the rear bumper/diffuser and overall the car looks great especially the shiny engine bay.
  4. Love the colour of your Rays alloys Grundy225. Really suit the car in that colour.
  5. Lol. That's so true. It happened to me so badly that I didn't even try to knock money off the price of the car. Doh!
  6. My brother has a similar problem as he cannot park outside his house. Best thing is probably as you said to use the pressure washer at the local petrol station and once cleaned either get together your own wax/detailing products and use them at the petrol station or fork out some cash for the pro's to do it for you. I prefer working on my car myself so I'd rather just carry everything I need to the petrol station and do it myself once the body has been dried.
  7. That look's very good. I really need to do something like that on mine as the previous owner must have been Mr T judging from all the marks caused from wearing rings I'd assume.
  8. Only had mine a week but there great cars. Enjoy.
  9. Didn't know that. Well that'll save me a bit of time today when I wash the car, Thanks.
  10. Thanks for the quick reply SuperStu. It's funny because when I heard people talking about a "drying towel" I thought they where just talking about a regular towel like you might have in the bathroom. Definitely think I might give one of those mitts ago and possibly the towel too. Cheers.
  11. Getting a bit confused. I've been cleaning cars for decades and have always used a sponge!. Am I risking the paint work then or not in your opinions? What I tend to do is this; Using my jet washer I soak the entire car with water and remove loose dirt with the lance. Then I use a snow foam all over the vehicle. Rinse off, followed by going over the whole car with a sponge using the two bucket method ~ one with soap/warm water & the other to clean the sponge. Then I use a chamois clothe to dry the whole car. Opinions please, thanks.
  12. Holy thread revival Lol I know. Surprised this wasn't at the top of the videos list though with that hottie on board.
  13. Just found this video. Happens to the best drivers and not usually with such a gorgeous passenger.
  14. I'm another newbie Scott but welcome. It does sound like there's a few 350 owners at least in the South Wales area then from reading this thread. I'm near Cardiff but haven't seen another 350 driving around here yet.
  15. This forum is proving it's worth for me the more I read. Great information and come MOT time I'm going to make sure my local guy knows the score with these car's. Thanks gort
  16. Very nice car's both of those. Nismo look's awesome though.
  17. Welcome Jason, I'm new too and from South Wales as well. I'd get a double din head unit like the Kenwood DDX3023 or possibly one with DVD playing capabilities although some are expensive. All depends on your budget and what you want to use it for. Lot's of IPOD compatable head units available nowadays.
