  1. Best thing to do Paul if you want to sort the stereo problem is just buy a second hand decent head unit. Something like a Pioneer or Kenwood imo. Not much help I know but it's what I'd do.
  2. ^^This. I'd save some cash up if I was you HAMLNJ and just get a nice induction kit & exhaust system ~ that way you'll definitely hear the engine no problem.
  3. Video's not working, ...oh wait I get it. Ha ha ha.
  4. Welcome aboard ~ at this time you're probably already driving it and may have already contracted Zeditus.
  5. Nice. Love all these carbon dipped bit's that keep popping up. Cannot wait to have some done for my car.
  6. ^^ Definitely awesome stuff delz0r. Thanks for posting about it in the first place.
  7. Thanks buddy I don't do everything myself on the 350. Things like services and the clutch were done by Japex. My 106 track toy/winter car on the other hand has all been on the drive! http://thrll.com/car...ugeot-106-12869 Still at least you do as much as you can yourself. I do as much as I can myself too but there's always something with car's that it just isn't feasible to do yourself at home whether it's because of equipment/time constraints or something else. Bet that 106 is fun on track.
  8. I've just used GTechniq's "G1 clear vision smart glass sealant kit" on my car's windscreen & other windows. Very impressed with it so after your £3 RainX bottle runs out I'd recommend you try the G1 as it's amazing stuff imo. Have a look at this thread for some info on G1; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/74568-g1-clear-vision-smart-glass/
  9. Well it's been raining heavily here all afternoon/evening and all I can say is that I think GTechniq G1 is fantastic stuff. So glad I gave it ago after delz0r's recommendation. Water is just flying off the windscreen like never before so well worth trying imo.
  10. I've washed my car's in the rain before now as well and yes the neighbours will think you're mad or at least mine do. Funniest was when I was washing my old WRX in minus something degrees C and the water was freezing on the roof as I hosed it down. Now that was bonkers.
  11. Was thinking the same today! Any recommendations ? I use Autosol on mine and it works great. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/261270553373?hlpht=true&ops=true&viphx=1&lpid=95&device=c&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=95
  12. Great pictures. It's always good seeing people do there mod's themselves rather than just rocking up to a garage & throwing a load of cash at them to get them to do it. Excellent.
  13. Under normal circumstances I'd call troll but knowing that it's Jewell and the fact that he used the phrase 'ride her like a spider monkey' I'm calling full scale ROFL! Excellent.
  14. Not sure if any of you have seen this but I thought it was funny so thought I'd share.
  15. Look's great especially with those wheels on yellow.
  16. +1 Other than that your Zed looks lovely Griffos. I'm with chubbster though as I wouldn't get the wheels painted orange. Seen some lovely alloys painted in silver shadow recently which looked great. Just an idea but it's your car so make it how you like it.
  17. One of my neighbours usually come's around collecting and giving out Poppies so will of course be getting one asap. Worthy charity.
  18. You know that doesn't count as washing your car don't you?!
  19. Welcome Gordon. That's a good list of mod's so far. Enjoy your new old car.
  20. Welcome aboard and hope you enjoy the drive to North Yorkshire.
  21. Very funny especially how he seemed more scared than her.
  22. I wouldn't say it was a myth at all. If you use the wrong nozzle attachment or point it from 0.1" from your paint work then I'm sure you can damage it easily. For example my Halfords pressure washer has an attachment that gives you a single jet of water probably only a millimetre in diameter so when you use this you can actually write your name in concrete! No idea what you would need that for but needless to say it goes nowhere near my car.

^^ Made me Lol because my mother is in her mid 60's and she is deaf as a post without her hearing aid.
  24. Yes mate, its well good. I love odd drinks and this is right up there. Pink Lemoade was the daddy of the Lucozade range but for me, now, it's this . Going to check Tescos/Asda's today for it. Getting a bit bored with Vimto & Pepsi.
