Can't really spend too much myself on the Zed this Christmas as saving for parts in the New Year. Am hoping though that I'll get a few little stocking fillers from the family; magnetic sump plug, chrome indicator bulbs & led sidelight bulbs. Nothing major though.

I was literally just thinking that as I was reading the first post. First time for me with RWD in the winter so I'm expecting it to be, shall we say; interesting.

Welcome aboard. Not sure what's standard kit on the newer 370's. Maybe someone else will know or failing that have a read in the 370Z area.

Apart from having to drive everywhere side ways according to your "missing your Zed in winter" thread. Just hope your side windows keep clear so you can see where your drifting.

Have you seen the "dipped" parts 350Phil? They look amazing and there are companies out there that will do all the work for you including prep. I've never had Bridgestones on any of my cars so can't really comment on them. I've got Falken 452's on my Zed which are really good but now discontinued and have been replaced with 453's which I never used so that doesn't help you either sorry. I'm thinking of getting some Michelin Pilot Super Sports next time if I've the free cash at the time which are popular & well thought of.

Welcome aboard. The Zeds my first rear wheel drive car that I have ever owned as well so hope you enjoy it as much as I am.

I think nowadays you just have to try and ignore these idiots to a point. Every day I drive and every day I see people without lights on in rainy or dark conditions, ..not to mention people on mobile phones, people not indicating, middle lane hog's, no seat belts (on there own kids), excessive tail gaiting etc etc. F**k it because you can't tell them any different because there all too stupid or think they know best anyway.

You can buy code readers from eBay for around £30 which I believe can also clear the EML light if it bothers you but if your going up to Abbey then they'll sort that out for you no problem I'd expect. The Zeds V6 sounds lovely with the standard exhaust at higher rpm so I bet it sounds awesome with the new exhaust & de-Cats your running. I'm hoping to get mine sorted out next year ~ still deciding on what exhaust system I want to go for so I'll keep an eye on your build for if you do get a video done.

Mine seems to be fogging up a fair bit too Phil but I'm wondering if it's just down to the wet weather we're having at the moment. Mainly happens on the back window but occasionally the front window too. Clears quickly enough though with the use of the A/c. No water in car or leaks that I can find so I'm not worried.

Fair play. Good to see someone having a go at doing it themselves. Did the de-Cats throw up an EML light then? or is it all good so far?. I've always gone the sports Cat route as can't be bothered with the hassle it can cause sometimes with MOT's. Not a problem though if you've got a "friendly" MOT guy. ;) Bet it sounds ace.

Totally agree with you but it seems once some people get Zeditus nothing is safe.

That's a tough question. I kind of like them on the front but not the back. It's not something I'm going to put on my car but that doesn't mean they don't look good, ..but definitely have to be colour coded imo.
