  1. Know what you mean. Heard another member describe the gearbox as being some what like a faithful bolt action rifle. You just have to be smooth with your changes especially from cold on first start up. Think some have done a gearbox oil change for Molyslip which does improve the changes from what I've read but I'm happy with mine. Enjoy your Zed.
  2. I'd say no. Nothing you'd notice anyway. Either do as marzman suggested & get a JWT pop charger or you going to have to bite the bullet and shell out some hard cash for a decent induction kit. As he mentioned Tarmac Sportz do some really good kits starting from £125 I believe going up to well over the £250 mark.
  3. ^^ Very cool. I'd definitely start a build thread then once you get going graham if you can as I'm sure others will be interested to see what your doing in order to make it better & quicker on track.
  4. Thanks, but that will all be stripped off eventually, so no need Curious now. Are you planning on using it as a track weapon then (or something) & stripping it to save weight?
  5. Haha cheeky. yea okay mate I will. I missed the last one. Was well gutted. But the offers there. As I'm not to far down the road from you. That's cool. Cheers.
  6. Are you asking me out? Lol. Maybe one day Broomer. Lot's of Zed meet's/shows and things going on in different regions so plenty of opportunities to meet up with like minded Zed owners. Going to try and go to one at least next year myself. Have a look at the regional events mate is my advice. Might be something happening close to you.
  7. Not really as you can use the A/c on hot or cold. I usually have mine set at 25 and it warms up pretty quick tbh. I have mine set on 32 without the AC on, and fully on front windscreen when its fogged up... that's correct right? If you want to clear the windscreen quicker you'd be better off doing what your doing but with the A/c on imo. Will clear it much quicker.
  8. Hi Phil, might be the motor on it's way out in which case your going to need to get a new window motor or re-con motor unfortunately. Might just need a service/clean of some description though. I did find this for you in the guides section but haven't read it myself so not sure if it has anything in it to help you but here you go anyway; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/29731-how-to-fix-your-electric-windows-attachment-incl/ Good luck and hope that helps.

  10. Welcome Rich. Hope you find what your looking for and joining this site is definitely a good start as I've found it very useful since I got my Zed.
  11. lol, true DAT. I've washed mine twice since I bought it in May. What!! You know that is sacrilege don't you?! Mine gets a good wash every week and full wax/detail every two weeks. It's in the Zed bible don't you know.
  12. I'm in Cardiff mate. Going to be looking at exhausts for next year and I've heard such good things about Milltek & seeing your's is really pushing me in that direction. So many to choose from though.
  13. Good news then grahamc on getting a Zed. Looks pretty good from the pics ~ just noticed you may want to add battery cover trim to your shopping list.
  14. Tail pipes look really good. Your helping me make up my mind on what exhaust system I want Broomer.
  15. That kit looks very good on your Zed and I love the colour wls350. Good luck with the shoot.
  16. To be fair that's a crazy picture especially that one bloke who's on fire. Thank goodness no one was seriously hurt.
  17. Very jealous, ..hate you already. Great car and welcome aboard.
  18. Same here. My great grand father was a Corporal in World War1 in France 1916-1919 (fought & survived through some incredible battles including being at Theipval Woods during the battle of the Somme), ...and my grand father was in WW2. My grand father never really talked about the war though so I don't know much about what he did or where he served. Must have been terrible though. We're so lucky & should be eternally grateful for what they all did for us.
  19. Well ended up getting my Poppy from Tesco's as I saw two old veterans collecting as I was leaving. Very nice guy's and was nice to have a quick chat with them.
