  1. Definitely agree with you there. Always best with these games imo to play the main campaigns first before diving into the multiplayer side. Just helps get you used to all the controls and some of the weapons. Also it is worth sticking at one "class" rather than jumping from one to another all the time as if you use the same class over and over you really get some good "muscle memory" so to speak with regards to shooting & aiming so you'll get more kills. Currently I'm rank 3 in the Scout class with a rank of 12 overall. What about you now Fodder?
  2. Hope you enjoy it and definitely show off some pics.
  3. Sounds good G. What discs & pads are you going for then?
  4. That is good on fuel by the looks of it. Was that mainly motorways or a mix? ...and did you put your foot down much?
  5. Not one for private plates myself but definitely suits the Nismo.
  6. Yep not what I expected either, ...let's hope it doesn't snow heavily up your way or you're f***ed. Cool little car though I guess.
  7. The amount of money we spent on ammo at the gun range it's a good thing the guns weren't full auto as it'd been doubly as expensive! I got to fire all sorts of different calibre revolvers & handguns as well as a few rifles.
  8. That's terrible news Pete but at least the Doctors have caught it and have a course of action to take. Wish Caroline and yourself all the best in this troubling time.
  9. Well have a good time. Oh and this may or may not be your type of thing but if you haven't maybe try a visit to a gun range. I did and it was an experience I'll never forget especially as it's something you will never get to do here in Britain.
  10. A SMF will be noisier than a DMF but depending on how light it is in comparison to the DMF you should see a slight increase in acceleration as the engine will be able to pick up the revs easier. Whether you'll actually notice the difference though is anyone's guess as in reality it won't be much of a difference. As Alex mentions though I think your best bet is to ring Ewen to discuss what you want, budget etc and then go from there.
  11. I can't really suggest a "best option" but there are plenty of traders on here who'll give you a good deal on a clutch kit. Clark Motorsports for example: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/207-clark-motorsport/ Whilst you're doing the clutch it is also a good idea to do the flywheel so you may want to consider whether you want to switch to a lighter SMF instead of the DMF.
  12. Naahh he's only six so his Nunchaku are made of foam, ....I've got real wooden 8" speed Nunchakus so would knock him clean out. Note to all: Obviously I would never really hurt a child ~ thought I'd better ad that just in case the "Mumsnet" users somehow read it. They're crazier then ISIS don't you know. *Dramatization ~ may not be true*
  13. Looks like a great place to visit and would definitely enjoy seeing some pics please. I've been to Florida before but it was way back in the early 90's so a lot's changed there I'm sure. If you have a chance and don't mind a short drive, Busch Gardens in Tampa is really worth visiting imo. Link: http://www.seaworldparks.co.uk/our-parks/busch-gardens/?gclid=COf75_jAnNACFUW4GwodJk8Pxg
  14. I totally get why you'd want to change and be honest now this is not the first time you've thought about changing is it?! Honestly don't think the Fords the way to go but that's up to you. I guess at least you'll get a free baseball cap and Burberry jacket though if you did get the Ford. I like Brillos suggestion of two cars (one for the commute & one for weekend fun) but I understand not everyone can afford to run two cars, I know I can't. Tbh for anyone to suggest cars sensibly for you then we'd need to know budget, how many seats you want, performance expectations, preferred drivetrain etc.
  15. Why not buy two wilo and then you'll get double the horse power increase.
  16. I have to agree with Dan you would have been much better checking the code Op just to be certain as to why it came on. I mean if you knew for example it was caused by a secondary O2 sensor fault after fitting HFC's or De-Cats then by all means reset the ECU and wipe the code but without knowing is a little haphazard. Hopefully it was nothing serious. Definitely worth following sipar69's suggestion imo.

99 1.9 engine See that is great mileage then for a car that old. Hopefully it'll serve you well.
  18. Sorry to read you've been rear ended Lee. Worth noting though that it can be very common for bumpers nowadays to pop back out after an accident making it look as if there wasn't much damage caused but then when the bumper is removed you'll find a crumpled crash bar or similar structural damage. Also when you're rear ended depending on the height of the vehicle/s involved it can cause damage to the exhaust system potentially travelling all the way down the length of the vehicle (seen a manifold pulled off block before). Hopefully it's not too serious but definitely make sure you get it properly checked. Good luck.

Bargain for less that £800 and the mileage seems low, ...what year is it then? 99", 2000?
