  1. +1. Look's very stealthy as GIXXERUK mentioned. GLWTS.
  2. ^^ Makes sense. Are you going to get the small radiator over flow pipe in orange too then just to finish off the orange pipe theme? Does add a lovely splash of colour in the engine bay.
  3. Hope it doesn't rain for you shire350Z, ...or have you got a garage to keep it safe in till then?
  4. ^^ Brilliant Monsieur. Got to say when I went to the USA the IHOP was my favourite place to eat. I'm a bit of a fussy eater but there was pretty much nothing I didn't like there. The portion sizes though are rediculous, ..I learnt that after I ordered a plate of pancakes too that was about 12" high covered in maple syrup.
  5. Did a bird poo all over your engine cover or something?! I mean the flying type btw not a woman. Car looks great btw and loving your new bumper. Just one thing that puzzled me, ...how did you get it there? (by post!). I'm pretty sure you didn't fit it in the boot.
  6. I'm trying Jon not to spend too much cash on the Zed but it is just so darn hard resisting. Especially with the likes of Tarmac, Redline and Cougar store etc tempting us all daily when we come on here, ...not to mention the other members build threads.
  7. Positive. They fit wheel arch liners/plastic surrounds in engine bay/bumper trim etc.
  8. ^^ This. Edit: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/72276-breaking-breaking-breaking/
  9. Nope, haven't been to West Brom recently. I'm always on the lookout for Z's to acknowledge but they seem fairly rare around my parts. See more mk1 mx5's (my previous 2 cars) than Zeds. I'll take a look under the seat tomorrow. Is there any obvious signs of issues/ damage? Or do they need replacing? Thanks folks! If you've moved the seats it could have upset them possibly or if something has gone under the seat. Either way I would just try checking that all the plugs are properly connected. If all looks good then you could try this reset procedure; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/3047-guide-resetting-airbag-warning-light/ If the light comes back on again though then it will mean more of an investigation.
  10. I know what you mean. It's the best sound I think that I have heard a 350Z make yet and I just love watching the drive-by's.
  11. Very helpful guy who will probably have all the bits you require.
  12. Aahh a work payed holiday. Sometimes the best. Enjoy your time then before the work begins.
  13. Hopefully this isn't a re-post as I did do a search. I just came across this video of what I think is a pretty impressive single turbo 350Z from the USA. Makes a great sound and of course goes like a bl**dy rocket.
  14. That's the problem with coming on here, ...there's always something that you see someone doing to there Zed and have to add to your wish list.
  15. Welcome aboard. I believe a lot of people who have had problems with the airbag light coming on have traced it to the connections underneath the passenger or drivers seat so that's where I'd first look.
  16. I'd sign an online petition on this matter for sure Dicky. Good independent garages are the way forward I believe especially when you read things like this; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/78940-dealer-writes-off-370z/
  17. You lucky sob. I take it work is paying for this little break?! I went to Florida with my parents back in the 90's so no idea where to visit in San Francisco really. Isn't that where they filmed "Bullet" though?! I'd find those massive hills, hire a car and strap a go-pro to the car whilst I tryed to impersonate Steve McQueen. Enjoy the hol.
  18. Your quite right! The cars 10 yrs old now anyway but apart from that I believe people are getting fed up with these main dealers as most either rip you or turn out substandard work. They display all their course certificates, hang a telly on the wall, offer the odd cup of coffee and charge the earth. I can see now how they can afford to do all that. I think " main dealer service history" has had its day. As it happens I have a garage in mind that comes highly recommended by a pal of mine. The garage specialises in bmw's but they said they could do most of my work but I may have to go back to Nissan dealers if specialised equipment needed. Going to see him Monday. All you can do is give the independent a go and see how it goes but I bet they'll be better than the Dealership & definitely cheaper. The garage I take my Zed to is very good and I have known the owner for almost 6 years now so trust him with my cars. When I first got my Zed I wanted to get the plugs done by the local Nissan Dealer really just so that I could keep the Nissan service history stamps thing going in my book but in reality it's not worth it. Try this one Dicky ~ needed one coil pack the other day to replace a faulty one. The Nissan dealership told my independent garage owner that they would need to know which bank it was for as there not the same (they are). They also then told him that they would only sell him a pack of six!! At £120 odd including the VAT each he told them where to go. Luckily I found Alex (ZMANALEX) on here, got a great price/great pre-owned part, problem was solved in 5 minutes and I saved literally £££'s!.
  19. No excuses now. ...and I'm using a Welsh internet connection which is basically powered by coal & sheep on a tread mill I believe.
  20. I don't mind giving you a head start.
