  1. That's not good news to hear. Status Quo were the first group I ever listened to as my mother was a big fan so as a child I used to listen to my mothers tapes of them all the time. Happy memories of listening to "12 Gold Bars" and other albums as we went on holidays. RIP Rick.
  2. Let us know that all goes smoothly and we'll lock this thread.
  3. Most definitely. Didn't even get taken out to dinner either.
  4. ^^ What Ekona said but also Op what tyres are you running with & are they in good condition?
  5. I feel your pain Firkindolloper ~ had a very similar thing happen to me with my Zed trying to get the rust fixed on a rear arch. Money down the drain, ...story below.
  6. The BMW looks okay, I think? ...it's hard to tell because that picture is no bigger than a postage stamp.
  7. Nice work Nic. Getting there, ...bugger that Christmas is getting in your way though.
  8. Not even that long ago mine left me but still miss it. 2003 Nissan 350Z Coupe ~ supercharged to 436Bhp. More pictures & some videos in my old build thread here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/91628-gmballistics-zed-supercharged-2003-gun-metal-gt-coupe-vids-added/
  9. That's great news. Looks like they did a fantastic job from where I'm sitting.
  10. Welcome aboard Michael and Merry Christmas to you too.
  11. Hhhmm I'm not so sure it is the bargain it appears at first glance. I mean don't get me wrong at £2600 odd for the complete kit delivered it is good value but you're buying an unknown quantity, ...although the guy states it has done 5000 miles it could have done 10K, 20K or who knows. He also says the seals & bearings have been done but again how do you know they have? Maybe I'm just being skeptical but it is definitely worth going in with your eyes wide open with these things knowing that it may end up costing you more money on top as I know it did for Vlad when he bought a used S/c.
  12. Ah I see. On Mafia 3 I tend to just use the AK47 and the Magnum style revolver. Prefer being stealthy when I can though.
  13. I'm playing Mafia 3 too, on & off in between BF1. You're right as it's not as good as GTAV but it's unique in it's own little ways which keeps me interested. Gutted about one thing though as I haven't come across any planes or helicopters which is a bit poor tbh especially with such a big map area to explore. What are these "mods" for Fallout 4 then? I've still got that game but haven't touched it in months.
  14. I ran them on my supercharged Zed (19" alloys) and they were good imo. Held up to some mild track abuse and I never had any issues in the wet or cold conditions in the winter. As Stevo mentions though I'm sure they are garbage when compared to MPSS but MPSS are almost double the price so as a "mid range budget" tyre I found the Falkens very capable. See this I can believe.
  15. I think with cars people are royally spoilt nowadays, ...old man persona ready; Back in my day the "majority" of cars didn't have electric windows, A/c, central locking and you were lucky if you got a cassette player rather than just a radio. I paid around £1250 for my first car which was a 1988 E reg MK1 Nissan Micra GSX 998cc. That Seat Leon is a flippin' bargain imo for what you get. Bl**dy youth of today don't know how good they've got it. Stick to your guns Blocko.
  16. MPSS for definite. You could try "Black Circles" as I found them to be the best priced last time I bought tyres, ...also you can choose a local garage (from a list) to fit them in an all included price too. Link: http://www.blackcirc...6&tyre=25464687 Oi there is nothing wrong with Falkens you tyre snob. The 452 was a very good tyre for the money and the newer 453's aren't bad either in my experience with them.
  17. That's good news that you've got it sorted Nic.
  18. Now if only I had a 370Z. Maybe Chris might be interested?!. ;)
