No idea tbh. I mean it is a good idea to add an inline fuse with that sort of thing but he might not have as it would have still worked with or without. Maybe worth checking the fuse box down by the drivers side footwell to see if he took power from there or added an inline fuse in there to keep it all neat. Just an idea. I take it all other lights work okay? What about asking the previous owner who installed it? Is that an option?

I've never heard of JDM Zeds having stock under seat lighting? That would also explain why you can't find anything online about it. Happy to be proven wrong though and good luck with your fixes.

I'm doing this more & more lately but I'm with Ekona on this. Never have I named a car or any vehicle, ...just ridiculous to me but you guys crack on if it makes you happy. I've also never called my cars "she" as I here a lot of people doing that.

Just to note this is not a HR engined Zed, ...for the year and whilst looking at the rev counter it will be a DE Revup model as it has the raised rpm level at 7000rpm & single air filter. Also might be worth adding when the MOT runs out, what tyres & condition of them etc. Will just help you having to answers those questions from interested buyers again & again if you add them to the advert. GLWTS.

They said it themselves in the video: "The conditions favoured the front wheel drive Renault". ...so it's no surprise to me that it beat the Zed. Surprised that Dan didn't mention tyres as that may have made some difference depending on what both cars were running although yes it's doubtful that would account for the 2 second difference. Still always enjoy watching videos like that with decent drivers & decent cars.

Does say "BOV" in the title but you might not have clocked that. DV (dump valve), BOV (blow off valve), CBV (compressor bypass valve) = pressure release system/valve found on most FI vehicles in one form or another.

No problem at all. Nice to have an aftermarket stainless steel system on your car as there's less to worry about going wrong. Plus if you want some more noise just add HFC's and it'll sound much better, ...de-Cats if you really wanted to go loud (EML will come on though unless you have an UpRev done).

The pulleys you can change are not the ones on the engine fyi. They are the pulleys that are the drive pulleys for the supercharger itself. For example I used a 3.12 pulley on mine like this: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/turbos-superchargers/belts-pulleys-oil/1780-350z-vortech-6-rib-312-supercharger-drive-pulley-v2a036-312.html ....but you can go more extreme with a 2.62 being the furthest you can go with those pulleys I believe. You "may" need to change injectors though depending on what you're running with increased boost & power as you'll need to be supplying the engine with more fuel. Imho your Cats are definitely standard but you mention the "Y pipe" so not sure if you're getting that confused as it is a separate part to your Cats. Your "Y pipe" is not standard and is part of what looks like a stainless steel exhaust system which is a "Cat/s to Back" system.

I did this on my old supercharged Zed, ...you can see the red 90 degree elbow coming off the supercharger and going behind the front bumper in the picture below. It will be a slightly different process for an N/a car so it may mean using a slightly longer silicone length coming off your MAF housing with a different ID but it's still doable.
