  1. Just found their Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrmsruqPgCIs4PImiZs0t9w/featured
  2. It's a strange one to me as a lot of the actors and celebrities mentioned we know them from characters they portray so in reality we might not even like the real person. I understand that's not true of everyone mentioned in this thread but definitely of some. Some people I'd actually like to meet over a beer would be the Brown family from "Alaskan Bush People" on Discovery as I find their life style incredibly interesting & fascinating. If you don't know what I'm on about it is a reality-documentary following the Brown family in Alaska. Google "Alaskan Bush People" for more info.
  3. Same. When I was reading it in my head it was almost as if it was in her voice as well, or at least a womans voice anyway.
  4. Yep a little s2k ! Had one about 10 years ago and had forgotten how good they are ! Just so light and nimble compared to other cars I've had recently. Plus the redline is something like 8.5K rpm if I remember right?!. Awesome.
  5. Yeah i know. Boooooo!! ....And yet they still have game shows sexually objectifying women like the one where a greased up middle aged man has to slide across the bodies of young women laying on the ground ~ the objective for him is to get to the end, presumably without cumming in his pants. Ridiculous.
  6. You haven't actually said what it is yet?! Although I can gather it is an S2000 from the engine bay shot. Always fancied one of those as I'm a Honda fan. Look forward to seeing what you get up to with it.
  7. For anyone interested I was just reading about Kathrine Switzer from the photo above. Here below is an extract from a book She wrote about the event... Source: http://kathrineswitzer.com/about-kathrine/1967-boston-marathon-the-real-story/
  8. I know and it was only 50 years ago which isn't that long ago tbh. Incredible how some things change. No problem all. This was just a very small selection though of the 150 odd pictures I actually spent time looking at across several different sites. When you've time take a look on Google images as there is some incredible images on the net. I think that one's my favourite, ...well that and the steamboats on the Mississippi.
  9. Still along way to go for her then Pete but it's sounding positive so far.
  10. Personally I always appreciate either one of two things from an employer, ...paid time off or extra cash. I've had all sorts in the past from different employers I've been with like wine, beer, chocolates, vouchers etc but nothings as good as time to yourself away from work or money to do what you like with.
  11. It would be awesome to have if only because if someone pulled a gun on you then you could say; "You call that a gun?, That's not a gun, ...*pulls Punt gun out of estate car used to carry it* This is a gun!"
  12. Yep definitely plus you have to remember the equipment they were using back then to do this stuff.
  13. Whilst waiting for tea to cook earlier I was looking again online at "rare" & historical pictures from history so following on from my other threads I thought I'd post them here for all to see. Pt 1 here: http://www.350z-uk.c...s-from-history/ Pt 2 here: http://www.350z-uk.c...m-history-pt-2/ Pt 3 here: http://www.350z-uk.c...m-history-pt-3/ Steamboats on the Mississippi river in 1907 Mountain made from Bison skulls taken in the 1870's showing just how many were killed at that time Gas resistant stroller, England,1938 Two gents pose with a "Punt gun" which were usually mounted to a small boat called a "Punt" and used for hunting ducks (one shot could kill as many as 50 ducks) ~ They were banned in the 1860's Baby cages were apparently used by parents in the 1920's as a way of getting their young children fresh air when living in high rise apartments A Polar bear trapped in his enclosure during flooding in Paris 1910 Race organisers attempt to stop Kathrine Switzer from competing in the Boston Marathon. Despite this she became the first woman to finish the race in 1967 "Queenie" the water skiing Elephant, 1950 ~ although I suspect she was chained to a raft so not doing it through choice. Titanic in dry dock 1912 Folsom Street in San Francisco, USA after the great earth quake of 1906 Hoover dam penstock/outlet pipe ~ Fabricated from 45,000 tons of steel and welded into nearly 3 miles of pipe varying from 8.5ft to 30ft in diameter. Early 1930's Hope you enjoyed the pics.
  14. That was fast. Let us know when it all goes through okay & we'll lock this down.
  15. It's not a rev limiter FYI, it's a shift light and AFAIK every 350Z ever made has the shift light so you should have the option to adjust what RPM the light comes on at. Hope that helps.
  16. Welcome aboard. Re: The Sat Nav ~ you're probably better off just getting an aftermarket head unit with built in Sat Nav imo especially if the Zed has the original Bose head unit as they often fail.

    WTD: 350Z

Thread moved. Good luck with your Zed hunt.
  18. Yeah sorry about that unfortunately you have to be quick on here most of the time to grab some of the items that come up for sale. Some things literally sell in under 5-10 mins.
  19. Sounds stressful but by all accounts could of been a lot worse.
