I doubt you'll find that out, tbh though it's probably unlikely that it broke, but again not impossible. Found a picture of the caliper assembly... You can see you're missing your R-clips but as Dan mentions for a quick fix any bit of metal you can push through will do for now (paper clip would be my go to).

No worries Neil, ...the area you posted your thread in the thread wouldn't have shown as it needed approval first. My real name's Gareth btw but another Mod, now Admin, used to call me Granville as a joke (still does sometimes). That's not strictly true in the sense that each is just as easy to use as the other imho. On Photobucket all you need to do is copy the "Direct Link URL" and paste that into the image icon in the "reply to this topic" box. No more time consuming and you don't need to faff trying to get the right URL or format. In the end though people should use whichever one they find easier to use or more convenient.

In mine I used to carry; Sunglasses First aid kit Tow rope Jump leads 350Z manual CD's (25 odd in a case) Pen & paper Leather gloves 12V USB adaptor (for phones etc) Bungee cord (x2) Chewing gum Riggers gloves LED torch/also a wind up torch Blanket Locking wheel nut key (although this moved to the boot at some stage) Pretty sure that was most of it.
