  1. Last time I got pulled by the Police was well over 10 years ago and just like Alex I can't even remember what happened now. I did how ever get a speeding ticket through the post maybe 5+ years ago when I was caught doing 37 mph in a 30 zone, ...but in my defence I thought it was a 40 zone as it was a dual carriageway road but I had missed the sign posts stating 30mph. So funny as I saw the speed camera van ahead so could of easily slowed down in time but didn't as I was under 40 which I thought was the limit. The guy inside must of thought I was a right arrogant co*k not even slowing down for a speed camera van.
  2. Congrats, ...pictures when it arrives please.
  3. Yes true of course but I was thinking more like from an RAC or AA van where it just wouldn't be viable to have every vehicles type of wheel nut. Either way I know I'm wrong and it's more likely as leonk mentioned.
  4. If you read my post correctly you'd notice that I said; "emergency "get you home" kit for cars with alloys wheels who'd lost their wheel nuts. So that would be the benefit.
  5. Welcome aboard James. Lovely cars these imo, ...the G35 Skyline has really grown on me over the years.
  6. The Zed was in good company then at least with the Porsche next to it.
  7. I think this is probably one of the best guesses although I've looked online and can't find anything similar. I did wonder if maybe it was some sort of emergency "get you home" kit for cars with alloys wheels who'd lost their wheel nuts, ...adjustable for different PCD's on alloys.
  8. I think those two pipes (in the centre) will be for the waste gates (Tial ones it looks like to me). Also called screamer pipes no? Yes
  9. If he had a sporty car with decent tyres and brakes he probably would have been further up the road so no need to brake !!! Yep and if he'd had wings and a jet engine he could of flown over it or maybe giant extendable shocks to go over it....
  10. BF1 is superb imo and you should definitely give that a go. Not sure the Star Wars game was all that good from what I heard but it's cheap enough now to take a punt on it especially if you're a Star Wars fan.
  11. You didn't mention mileage if that's a concern. Tbh I'd just put your budget into Autotrader with your drivetrain selection, gearbox selection and a 0-60 time selection (I'm assuming under 8secs), ...loads of choices pop up. Then maybe list some of the possibles you like which you've seen.
  12. I thought that too but went "blue on pink" as it gives it some contrast imo.
  13. The truth is that there is very little noticeable difference between the two which the majority of the population would even notice (imho). Maybe you cant see a difference between 30 and 60fps but most people can Yes I can obviously but frame rate also depends on your equipment (TV, leads etc) and I stand by that the majority of the population won't notice much difference between the same film on a DVD compared to a Bluray.
  14. That's like when people say; "oh you must get Blu-ray instead of DVD as it's a million times better". The truth is that there is very little noticeable difference between the two which the majority of the population would even notice (imho). Personally I prefer gaming on my PS4 console but I understand it does have it's limitations when compared to what is available for PC gamer's and what it can do but it suits me very well. I very much doubt you'd be disappointed with a console Paddy.
  15. I think those two pipes (in the centre) will be for the waste gates (Tial ones it looks like to me). Very cool Mark.
  16. Leave it out GM, I've had mine out a few times with the roof down in the last couple of weeks í ½í¸‰í ½í¸„ Lies all of it!! I lived in North Yorkshire till I was around 8 or 9 years old and I know for a fact North Yorkshire is only allocated one week of sunshine a year which is in November sometime.
  17. No way can it be sunny in North Yorkshire Paul! ...surely you mean snowing right? Welcome aboard.
  18. First thing I did was change it after finding it but then after over a year of the yellow Zed no other colour looked right.
  19. These threads pop up every so often Stu.... Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/113234-til-you-can-change-the-forum-theme/ I do admit it took me a while to notice it as well when I first joined but I guess that's because it's at the bottom of the page and there's so much more to look at on here. I changed the colour of the Zed but I'd got so used to the yellow Zed it didn't look right in any other colour.
