  1. Yep we know they are sh*t. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/89998-paisley-freight-avoid-avoid-avoid/ I've had problems with them myself and a quick google search will show you we're not alone. For example: http://www.cliosport.net/threads/alloy-courier-came-across-this-about-paisley-freight-services.647138/ Good luck getting your refund.
  2. No secret as far as I'm aware. Done on a cold engine whilst the car has been parked on level ground overnight ~ I just pull out the dip stick, wipe the stick clean, replace and then 5 or so seconds later pull it out again to get my reading. I use a torch when replacing it in the hole to help make sure it goes in the right place easy enough.
  3. Definitely a lot of rubbish in that ad. Would be good if Mark from Abbey though could confirm or more likely deny the BHP figures quoted.
  4. No worries. They are on here too btw in case you didn't know: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/141-horsham-developments/
  5. I'd use Horsham Developments if I was you. Link: http://www.h-dev.co.uk/contact_us.php It's where I take my Zed for the more serious jobs and they are fantastic with the 350's. Should be less than an hour away from you too so not all that far to drive.
  6. Broken traffic lights on Crwys Road in Cardiff today and the only other driver like me who was courteous enough to stop to let people cross the road & cars turn was a white 370Z. Looked lovely.
  7. Gazza exhaust wise it is hard to recommend especially not knowing your budget but also because everyone has a slightly different idea usually of what sounds good to them. Have a good look here: http://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/products.aspx?CategoryId=32850911-9f8a-43e4-a5fc-24678e254d1d Lot's of choices & different priced systems ~ once you find something you like then maybe ask the question to see what owners of that exhaust system you're after think.
  8. Weathers good here in Cardiff too. Hoovered & washed my Zed then later got roped into sorting my mothers filthy Ford Fungus for her. Honestly I've never had to clean a car that was so filthy before and I think I pulled just about every muscle in my body cleaning it.
  9. Sh*t happens as they say. All fairly routine things to go after time and at least you don't need a new clutch or something else that's mega bucks. Good luck with it.
  10. Worth noting to any potential buyers that this could be easily sprayed black by them if that's what they'd prefer. GLWTS Steve.
  11. So when are you charging yours then?
  12. I used to use it all the time and thought it was great - but I've learnt now - now use GTechniq - much much better I'll have a look at that G stuff GTechniq products are fantastic but pricey, ...but as they say some things are worth the extra cost. Zeds looking great Steve.
  13. If it does, I'll beat you to it Not if we have to drive there.
  14. Cheers Gareth. You need to get your HR bonnet first though, otherwise it won't look right The zunsport will be up for sale soon. Unless a HR bonnet comes up for sale at a very cheap price, pre-painted in primer, erhh I mean Gun Metal then I just can't see it happening. At least you should have no probs selling the Zunsport grille I'd imagine. GLWTS.
  15. Shouldn't have bothered reading the last few pages of this thread especially at this time of night, ...it's making me hungry for sweet biscuit related treats and the closest I have in the house is a f**king packet of gone off "Jaffa Cake" bars. They're not even biscuits or sweets for Christ sake.
  16. Greg just posted this reeces555: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/95713-2006-facelift-revup-296bhp-gm-grey-350z-uk-sat-nav-fsh-gt-pack-1-owner-7490/ Just fyi.
  17. I thought you where joking, ....that is awesome and I can't believe I've never seen it before. Thanks for sharing.
  18. Love the new lip Steve. That's the one I'd have for my Zed if I was to buy one. Pity the grill didn't fit on as well but it does happen when modding sometimes that other parts have to make way for new parts.
  19. He I'm there on 1st & 6th With itechracing.co.uk Will be a good day. Awesome. Get some video if you can.
  20. Not exactly sure as I don't use/have an Ipad or Mac but on my laptop I'd just go to "edit post" (1st post), then use "full editor" to alter the thread title.
  21. Another plus 1 here for the Berks De-Cats. I went for Berks as I knew the quality of Berks products was good after having their HFC's previously but also because the Berks De-Cats where one of the few De-Cats that came with extra O2 bungs on each pipe so that you can fit wide band O2 sensors if you want to run AFR gauges. Very happy with mine and the sound is amazing imo.
