  1. Happy Birthday buddy. Hope you have a good day,
  2. Personally I think that's for the best especially as you say with further inspection you've noticed some damage.
  3. Hopefully you're getting close to having all your questions answered, ...free bump to the top again.
  4. Seeing as you need answers now I'd say why not try signing up to one of the many Prius owners clubs: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=prius+forum&oq=prius+forum&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.3111j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 Bound to be more chance of getting the answers you need on one of them then on here especially as you're maybe buying tomorrow. Good luck on both counts.
  5. Your life, your decisions so I hope it all works out for you. Good luck to you nwb.
  6. There was a lady who was ex military on LBC the other day and she was discussing this. Her opinion was that the military is there to fight wars and trained to kill, not police the country. Who knows what we can do. It's a right 2 and 8, this country! Totally agree with you/her if by Military on the streets you're/we're talking about "Martial Law". Much like the IRA though ISIS are an enemy force that for the most part you cannot see until they attack. Thank goodness they don't seem to have access to explosives and military grade weapons like the IRA did as otherwise the attacks in London & other places around the UK would have been so much worth. I fear though that day is coming with ISIS.
  7. I think some of you need to watch or should maybe watch "Active Self Protection". ASP and John have over 360K subscribers on Youtube and will teach you real life skills, attitudes & awareness that could potentially save your life. Youtube link here: https://www.youtube....Wh84mw/featured Website here: https://activeselfpr...063934326171875 It shows real life scenarios including attacks, robberies and more which they use to teach you about how you may help yourself or others in the same moments. It will teach you about what's called the 5 D's to use when in deadly encounters (Deflect, dominate, distract, disarm, disable) and a lot more. Your best defence though as some have already touched on is to get distance and get away from the fight but there will be times when that's not possible or loved ones are in danger so that's when you need the attitude, skills & plan (ASP).
  8. There was a scam I heard of before with messages similar to that one (but longer in length) saying you'd watched a video that you shouldn't have for free and needed to pay money or face prosecution. You really shouldn't click on links or anything in these types of messages or emails. Can open up a whole load of trouble. If it's stuck on your phone I'd try "Apple customer support".
  9. It's probably just some sort of scam, ...as Willsy said just delete it.
  10. Arrhh yes Miss LeBrock. @Ekona ~ Sorry for going a little OT Dan.
  11. I did the same thing with the old FN2 Civic Type R I had. With the seats down in the rear it was surprising how much you could get in it but still it did have it's limitations. Only just got my 6ft tall metal cabinet in it and that was after I had dismantled it, ...drilling out rivets etc to make it more or less a flat pack.
  12. Mrs 350 Russ: "I never believed your explanation for the box of tissues and the hand cream next to the computer." "....and now you want me to go out shopping whilst you watch Katy Perry on TV!!, what's going on Russ?!" HAHAHA 2 words for you "plausible deniability" If you haven't seen "Weird Science" that quote will mean nothing though.
  13. Welcome aboard V (Vicki?). Plenty of questions you might have will have been answered before so always worth doing a Google search first to see if you can find the answer that way. Google works better at finding results than the sites search engine unfortunately. Just try "350Z UK forum_ _ _ _", followed by your query/question. For example: "350Z UK forum windscreen washer problem". Buyers guide here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/110679-youtube-350z-buyers-guide-fixes/ Zeds for sale on the forum here: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/51-zeds-for-sale/

  15. Then what are plastic bullets and baton rounds for? I was discussing where the shots are aimed, not what type of ammunition was used, as that's what the person I was quoting was talking about. Plastic bullets and baton rounds are formally called 'less-lethal' rounds, not non lethal. Anything fired will always be fired at center of mass, whether they are lethal rounds or less lethal. Yep they were developed by the British Security force for use on rioters in Northern Ireland (1970's AFAIK) as a direct replacement for "rubber bullets". Both can and have killed people in the past so definitely not something you could ever call "non-lethal".
  16. Welcome aboard. Zed owner, looking to buy one or just wanting to join in with the fun?
  17. What a bummer Nic. Try not to give up as these things happen sometimes unfortunately, ...feels cruel and unfair considering I'm sure though. Got my fingers and toes crossed for you.
