  1. Welcome aboard. I always used to wave at fellow Zed owners. Much to the amusement of my Mrs.
  2. Oh well all good things come to an end I guess.
  3. The team appreciate that. Sorry for any inconvenience Iain but as you now know we're working on it.
  4. Tbh I've a thing for most GTR's. Definitely an itch I'll have to scratch one day so can't blame you for thinking about it after being in one for the best part of a day.
  5. Welcome aboard Nick and glad you're happy with your Zed. Have a good read of the "Tyres" section for the 350 before you jump to buy anything. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/54-tyres/
  6. If they manage to enhance the performance of the 2017 Q60 "Red Sport" edition then that'll be something worth shouting about as that's a pretty rapid vehicle already (0-60 in 4.5). Not a bad looking motor but the front always make me think it's a Jaguar.
  7. Quite simply I couldn't, ...I'm struggling with the heat here now as it is. That would bl**dy kill me I'm sure. https://media.giphy.com/media/YtrthDIAncXcs/giphy.gif
  8. That is cheap for that I'd say.
  9. Bump to the top, ...take heed all. Change for the better is coming.
  10. I wouldn't fit that personally as I know those Cats are susceptible to breaking down under heavy load. Exactly why I fitted De-Cats when going FI with my Zed.
  11. Even if the car didn't move it still looks so beautiful, ...must be a great feeling driving that thing around.
  12. Very nice job. Love a bit of scale modelling. See mine here (it's my thread but post n# 18 specifically for pictures of my 1/24th scale Zeds): http://www.350z-uk.c...o-scale-models/ My Ferrari 1/20th scale model here: http://www.350z-uk.c...e-that-i-built/ One thing I would do Bob if I was you though just to add a little bit more realism/detail is to blacken the insides of the rear tailpipes to make it appear as if they've sooted up.
  13. Could the headlight/indicator issue be some sort of relay problem? Just "hazarding" a guess. If the bodyshop say they don't know how to fix it then they might have to get an auto electrician in to have a look for you I'd say. Should be down to them though to sort that for you.
  14. The Porsche owner is smart, the car park looks fairly empty and it's human isntinct to park next to someone. So if you don't want some douchebag whipping open their door and denting your car you park like that I think you'll find though that some people will think he's a tool for parking like that and possibly even maliciously damage his vehicle on purpose. Especially as it's a nice car, ...there are some jealous folk around unfortunately. Also some car park firms/councils that patrol certain car parks will give you a ticket for being outside the lines. The "smart" driver imho will always park as far away as possible from the shop entrance in what is usually a more or less empty area of the car park. If possible parking on the end of a row with the drivers door close to the end meaning no problems getting in your car as well as giving more space on the passenger side just in case someone does park next to you. Either way that car park looks empty where you both are so no problem as far as I'm concerned but just I wouldn't park like that.
  15. Very nice and at least unlike the Porsche owner you managed to park within the confines of the box.
  16. If I remember rightly from the first time this was posted Rich actually did do the right thing and check on the driver, ....he just went up the road and came back down the other side.
  17. It doesn't Stu but there have been some cases in law whereby people have caused accidents because of falsely indicating at junctions etc leading to an accident. Famous one was involving a motorcycle; Wadsworth V's Gillespie. The Highway Code states that a driver on the main road has the right of way. So regardless of indication from someone on the main road a vehicle attempting to pull out from a side street for example should ensure it is safe to pull out giving way to on coming vehicles on the main road, ....but then obviously if an accident happens then the courts/insurance will look at all sorts from misleading signals to witness statements, driver behaviour etc etc.
  18. Free bump for a good cause. My condolences and I wish you both all the best with the fundraising event.
